This is an untended location, and the agent was uninterested in providing any assistance in the checkin and pickup process. While probably not the intended result, the agent had left the vehicle out side of his facility, giving access to thrives who sawed off the catalytic converter. Uhaul roadside assistance stood up and ultimately provided a replacement truck from a different agent but the net result was hours wasted on hold and a day behind in my move schedule. In summary: happy with uhaul; unhappy with original rental location!
