Keep up the customer services, the rep who contacted me about my book reservation saved my whole vacation, she was able to directed me to another location about 5 minutes away which had the equipment I requested.

Conrad JonesBad service, the van was not ready at the time I reserved. There was no mention of not being able to park my car at the location while I used the uhaul. The van had low air on one of the tires and the change oil lite was on. I also rented the Uhaul at another location and the system automatically changed my pick-up location which was further away from where I needed to go. Overall this was the worst experience I have had with Uhaul. Jorge

I asked her please to just do the process i have done before that take less than 5 mins. She said no. Came back 10 mins late, and the process took less than 5 mins. The oil change was overdue and the right blinking light was not working. I have been a customer of this location renting an storage and trucks many times before. This new employee is not up to the standards I have seen before and expected.

JOSE LEALThe rental van I got was infested with roaches. We didn’t realize until we had everything loaded and were at the new apartment. We had to do a bug treatment when we moved in… We received the van with low tire pressure, one of the windows wasn’t working and it smelled like cigarettes. The van wasn’t maintained at all… Definitely not coming back. Would not recommend.

mitchell farberThe van had scratches and dents that were not accounted for. I tried to reject the pics and take new ones and the app didn't allow it. I went into the office to let them know and asked them to give me a document to show that and they were not able to give me proof that the van was scratched and dented. Also, they should remind their customers to take their sunpass so that you don't get charged by uhaul of supposed toll charges and take longer routes where the customer gets cahrged by the mile.

Except for Albert, the first representative who opened my reservation and completed the check-in process, the rest of the staff were rude and showed no interest in doing business. At the time of returning the van, they told me twice that I could return the vehicle before 2:00 pm despite in the contract said I should return it by 12:45 pm. For my surprise, after I returned the vehicle, I noticed in the order history in the website, that they had charged my bank account for an extra day of rental, plus another day of auto insurance which they insisted that I should include their coverage instead of using my own auto insurance. When I called the Value Store It location, they told me they could do nothing and transferred me to a U-Haul representative who was not of help. This representative told me that they couldn't do anything and that I had to wait for a person called Julio to contact me, but he hasn't contacted me yet. I'm very disappointed with this matter, and I hope someone who read this reaches out to me and solve this issue.

VERONICA FLERESthe girls at this location ARE ALL VERY YOUNG, and need to know that they should be going out to the Cargo Van with the Customer and making sure everything works correctly and is CLEAN inside. the issues we found A. (in the counsel where the cupholders are) some person spilt a pink milkshake that had hardened.. When they gave us the VAN it was still in there. B. Words on the dash "Rear Tire low Pressure" and then a ORANGE TRIDENT on the dash..ITS VERY scary driving this van on the highway with a low tire sensor staring at you in the dashboard. Tire Pressure Warning Light Indicator light means the pressure is low in one of your tires All the employees said that the tires are FINE AND That UHAUL is supposed to fix it.. Not them. I used to rent for 20 years at another company and the lady who took care of me would make sure everything was clean and worked perfectly.. why don't your employees do this too? the other cargo van i rented, had a broken hinge on its counsel and was never repaired.

Also on returning with the equipment, I asked the employee if he could come out to inspect the vehicle, he told me no, at that they dont do that their and he'll do it later. Told him that I was uncomfortable with that and he still said no. and thats when I made a report to the Uhaul customer service. I'll never go to that location again.
