Eduardo BENCON C VilaVehículo sucio , sin gasolina tuve que ponerle gasolina para realizar el trabajo por lo que la rente y devolverla con más gasolina de la que tenía , la luz se servicio de las gomas encendida (baja presión) me sentía inseguro por eso , el depósito de agua del limpiaparabrisas vacío (tuve que llenarlo para poder limpiar el vidrio ) en general logré hacer el trabajo pero pienso que le falta mantenimiento al vehículo.

Jose LazalaI ran into issues that resulted in me wasting a few hours trying to get sorted and had to return the following day . Gianni stepped in to assist and was truly able to get everything sorted. He is a good example of a loyal employee. While getting ready to leave and after inspecting the vehicle , I witnessed him walk over to attend quickly to a fallen palm branch that was obviously not in his JD. I respect those that respect their work environment.

Juan TamayoI told the employee that he by mistake marked less in the gas tank level and what he told me was, you should have returned back and notify me. I told him I had a picture that clearly shows the time and the level of the gas tank level, and he told me that I had to handle everything with U Haul directly. He also marked wrong the gas tank level upon my return. It seems to be it is a business to make money out of gas. That just confirmed that it was on purpose, because you can miss it one time but not twice unless you are use to do that.

I received a call the day before to CONFIRM the truck would be available and when I got to the location, they said the truck had just left and the only one they had available they had left the keys inside so I had to go back home without a truck to wait for their call. They never called me so I called back and they said they found the keys but the car wouldn’t start .. and to once again wait for their call. Another two hours and still no call so I called back and conveniently, they had just fixed the truck. No one tried to resolve my issue or offer another truck or even some kind of discount for the inconvenience. I would never use this company again
