Doris AI had 3 issues first I reserved at a different location then sent too a different location! Then when I showed up too pickup the truck at 4 PM no one was in the office sign on the door that they would return in a 1 1/2 big inconvenience for me, then the same thing upon my return of the Truck got there at 4 too return and again no one in the office big inconvenience again since I had too have someone follow me and wait for someone too return! Was charged for a furniture dolly and it wasn’t in there only a hand upright dolly I didn’t reserve a that so big inconvenience! Very dissatisfied with level off service from this particular uhaul location!

RAEF IParking and customer service. Clean is objective. It’s a work truck so no it’s not even close to clean. Not even for a work truck but I’ve seen ours worse.

TAMIKA GI had a discount code which the UHaul app took when I was comparing rates but when I went to reserve the truck, I was only quoted to rack rate which was considerably higher. I will think twice before renting from UHaul again based on this experience. Over the years, I have rented several trucks and trailers from UHaul but this rental left a very bad impression.
