KUO LIt's little difficult for me when I check in online at U Haul due to the internet interrupted. please find the other way to help customers if the internet not available on their phone. The receptionist is very helpful to check the truck when I return. She got my car's key in the truck and return it to me. Give her a credit.
Trinh VGreat customer service given. I left my HDMI cord in the truck and the lady(forgot her name but I think she's the manager) was honest and called me about it and left it up front. In this day and age I actually didn't expect to get it back but did KUDOS TO THE WHOLE TEAM FOR MAKING IT WORK!!

Jeffrey FI would give a better review if this was the original location I picked. Unfortunately the original location I went to didn’t have someone on site to give me the keys and check me in.
