Everything was great thanks so much
PATRICIA MVery nice furniture inside the store and very nice people but the sale representative lacked knowledge on the U haul process which caused a ten minute process to take 30 minutes also a $125 dollar hold was placed on my card 12/27/24 today is 12/30/24 and the payment just processed because I call the location and complained I would recommend going to a actual U haul facility for better service.
DARNELL PWe didn't notice any required/recommended improvements. The customer service was absolutely great, Mr. Nas even had an encouraging word that was very uplifting!! We'll definitely return to this location.

Ametra HThis was worse experience I've ever had and I will never rent from this location again. My money was stolen my Uhaul charging me a charge that was uncalled for and ridiculous. I own a moving company and I will never provide services for that area ether. I'm reconsidering my involvement with the company as a whole.

LISA BThis location is 45 minute drive farther than where i reserved. They did not have packing materials inorderd bc they dont have any. Had to spend another 30 minutes to drive to a store that did. Steering wheel at 2 oclock instead of 12. Right rear wheel had to be replaced next morning during load - had expensive team of 4 movers on a break to allow mechanics to fix adding $250 expenses bc lost time.

Whitley BThe cost wasn't clear, in addition to this I was charged the same price for an eight hour reservation that I would have been charged for a 24 hour reservation. Between the ambiguous rental charges, unclean truck and not so warm customer experience I will be choosing another brand next go round.

ANTHONY JRented me a van truck that smelled like dog poo. Hair was all over the seats. Im allergic to dogs cats. I call her to tell her she admitted to know about the smell. I really needed this van. Upon return she told me she wasn't giving me a refund. The truck smelled fine now. You know I was upset. Im not expecting free but I should've been compensated in a way you'd want me to come back and give better reviews. Her attitude was so what. Not cool
