The gas cup was missing and the pipe was cut, I lost $15 gas on the ground when was trying to refill before return, there was no way to fill gas, I had explained to renting agent what happened at the time of return.

benjamin J.Absolutely fantastic people work here. Trying to navigate the on-line reservation system was a challenge I decided to do an in person rental at a different store. I received an email verification from uhaul that had multiple equipment options as discussed at the time of that visit. I was unable to make changes to those reservations on-line. I called this store and they were able to make the changes I needed. From that first phone call through picking up my truck and finally checking it back in I was treated with remarkable kindness and respect. Everything was explained clearly and professionally. Thank you.

Rich M.This location had no after hours key drop box. I was routed here, completed the drop off process, and then had no where to put the key. There was even another customer in the parking lot with the same problem. Plus no one picked up when we called uhaul. We wasted an hour after a long day and then had to take the key home with us and return it the next morning. The return process wasted at least 2 hours of the weekend after an extremely long moving day. It was awful and we were angry.
