Brianna D.Hghh I chose this location because of the business hours. My scheduled picked up time was 10:45am. According to your website they are open till 11am. I got there at 10:30 and office was closed. I called support and was told a person will be coming over to check me in. I waited an no one showed up. I called again and was told my reservation was a mobile pick up and have to download the app and go all to thru the process which I was trying to avoid why I picked a location that was open to begin with. After an hour from my original scheduled pickup time and several calls from support, I was able to get my keys from the lock box. This should not have happened if I have been told I should be doing all these steps prior to pick up. To top it all my credit card has been charge twice which I have to dispute. So disappointed!
Jay D.The place was closed even though the hours stated that it should be open. After retrieving the key from the box, our 26' truck was blocked in by other u'haul trucks. We had to hop the curb up a grassy hill to get into the neighboring lot and on our way!!

Patti P.Owner is the nicest woman on the planet. Owner voicemail messages aren't clear, apologized for not calling back. Came by before closure for instruction since after hours drop off. Instructed where to park uhaul and another location (used second location), to sweep cabin to avoid fee. Owner was on location after hours and handed keys to owner, did damage walkthrough, gas and mileage, and shared some personal stories.

Sydney W.I rented a 10 foot truck but when I went to pick it up, I was provided with a 15 foot truck. My reservation confirmed that I had reserved a 10 foot truck - the attendant told me that they did not have any 10 foot trucks available and that I was upgraded. However I was not happy driving the larger truck over 500 miles plus additional gas cost.

Madison F.Uhaul changed my pickup location from the original reservation, NEVER received a phone call per the reservation, and the NEW location opened 30 minutes later then my original selection; THEN, there was a mixup on the assigned truck and the 8:30AM pickup (actually 8AM from the initial reservation) turned into me leaving around 9:30 AND there was less than a quarter tank of gas. Maybe not fair to rate this location so poorly but the overall UHaul experience for this rental was NOT good.

Wendelyn T.I arrived at 12:45 to pick up the trailer if reserved for 12:30. I've rented from this location before so knew the drill. However, no one called me from the office. I went to the door and no one was there. I called the office, no one answered. I called the uhaul number listed and the person who answered was amazing. I was ready for disappointment and she made it all happen. I didn't catch her name, but she is the one who checked me in and got me registered and out the door. She made it happen. She should get a 10!
ROBERTDANIEL B.More availability of trucks would have been nice. We originally had a 20' truck reserved and when we had to move dates, needed to down size due to availability. That is our only complaint. Service was great, and easy to check in and out.

Hiriams A.The uhaul app doesnt work correctly for self service at all. The app wont ket you upload pictures at drop off. The app doesnt recognize your at the pick up location. The live pick up process doesnt go thru and verify warning lights. My pick up took 2.5 hours mostly on hold to begin the live verification because I had to call uhual. Then after completing the live verification I started the truck up and the check engine light was on. So I had to make a seccond phone call. Drop off wasnt any better after discovering the app was the issue. It wouldnt attach the pictures to the live drop off feed. I financially opened the drop off procedure in google chrome. And that seemed to work. All in all, the 24/7 ride share system need alot of work and over haul. I'd love to spend some time with a representative that can actually implement changes, to explain the changes I would reccomend.

Traivonna C.My husband left his sunglasses in the van which I understand is our fault. I called and they told me they had them and would put them in a lockbox for us and we could come get them. When I went to get them, we live an hour away, they weren't there so I called. I got this extremely rude woman that got nasty with me and said that they only were in the box for probably a day because they use them and she didn't know where they were. I tried to explain that we lived an hour away and didn't know that we only had a day to get them. She said “well it was your responsibility to askâ€. I am unsure how I was supposed to know to ask that when the woman I spoke with said to get them when we could. I know that an employee has them because there is no way someone would have left the glasses in the lockbox and put keys in there. She told me she'd look when she could, meanwhile I was sitting outside but she couldn't do it then. She never called.
Joseph E.There was a hole in the roof of the vehicle that caused water to leak on furniture due to rain. I was also charged for extra mileage and a cleaning fee for no wrong doing on my behalf. The truck bed and cab were dirty when I picked it up and the truck was only used to drive to required locations, making no unnecessary stops elsewhere. Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience and will not be using your services ever again.

Nicholas S.Needed it for the full day on the 28th, but the latest allowed to pick up on the 27th was at 245, website said it was not available for after hours pick up, After running into a delay i called the location to let them know we would be a little longer she wanted to know the exact time so she could make it available , i ask how if they don't allow after hours pickup, she got agruementative and told me i didn't click the correct button, when i told her it wasn't an option and i would call, she informed me i had to reserve online to be able to pickup after hours, which i did, and the whole check in was online so still not understanding why and not happy with the fact i got charged an additional day, when the option to pick up after hours was not given
