It was impossible to determine in advance if I could leave my vehicle on-site while I used the truck for a few hours. But the biggest frustration was the "remote" access... I didn't realize it was for me to take the initiative to login in/get a code/etc. Then worse yet the "return" process with all the photos, etc. There's a staffed U-Haul operation equi-distant from us... I'm going back there next time.William M.

We had the smaller truck and the wheel wells we a little hard to get the load into. Next time I'll get the bigger truck. Valley view was great!!Lisa R.

I booked my rental pick up two weeks in advance at a major U-Haul site 4 blocks from my house. 12 hours before my scheduled pick up I got a call that the only 10 foot truck available had to be picked up at a location 20 miles away. On my way there I passed another U'Haul lot with 6 10' trucks parked side by side. This entire scheduling mess cost me over an hour of precious time on moving day. And then you charged me for extra mileage!! Local dealers were good. But your scheduling is TERRIBLE!! Second time in 4 months this has happened to me. If you can't manage your rolling stock better than this - changing pick up sites at the last minute to remote locations - I am forever done with you, U-Haul. I'll haul my business to another company.John H.
Everything was set up, ready to go and they were very pleasant and helpful. Nothing to do better. Even offered to open early if needed.Jim T.
Make sure all the fluids are topped off. Our truck broke down close Grants Pass because of the low transmission fluid. We had to wait for about 2 1/2 hours, because the repair guy had to travel 71 miles to get to us. The transmission fluid was low.cheryl W.
The first truck had a check engine light come on and when we took it back they did nothing to fix the problem (they reset the check engine light and said to ignore it) after confronting them that something was wrong with the truck, they told me to "test drive it" and see if the light came back on, it did and wasted 4 hours of my time which i was needing to load not diagnose your equipment for you, then i finally spoke to someone who was able to swap the truck for another that was not broken. But when we finally loaded that truck the next day we found that the heater core was leaking and we could not use the heater or it would leak coolant and fog the Windows. The delays cost us additional expenses and the truck that we ended up with created a high stress situation because it's reliability was questionable.Timothy S.
