Great job
Tommy WI got there have to wait over 40 min the truck was not ready not clean , they charged me more per mile , I have to call to get that corrected , no fuel in the vehicle it was on empty I have to put fuel before I can start with my moving over all this was the worse experience about U- haul I end up paying way more than expected after adding the fuel that I added . Not a very good experience I am assuming that’s the way U-haul runs business push costumers to Penske .
Jairo SI rented a tow dolly. Chain was broken. Could not latch to car. Aside from that the dolly was fine.

Lee MAssociate wad very rude and dismissive of me. He answered phone calls, talked to other people. I was the at 10 am like I was told to be. He did not bring me my truck until 11:20. After dropping the truck off in Arkansas I was told I'm 400 miles over which wasn't possible, and was told the guy I picked it up from put down the wrong mileage, and now I have to fight because of the extra charges. This pick up location is horrible! Do not use.

STEPHEN GWhen I got home and looked in the box it was full of mud. I had to clean it before I could load the furniture I was moving. It was after hours and I didn't have time to go get another truck.
Mike AI received the truck with slightly less than 3/4 tank of gas. To be sure that I wasn't charged a fuel charge, I returned the truck with over 3/4 tank of gas and was still charged for fuel. Ridiculous! This is a constant UHaul tactic, and it's getting really old.

DAVID CThe area was in a bad location. Inside the store was filthy. Had a broken fan and random things laying everywhere and trash that obviously didn't belong to the store. Also had a dirty fish tank with two turtles in it. I'm sure if an inspector were to stop by the store be closed.

CARLOS HThe price was right Bob Barker so I reserved a 26 ft truck from Uhaul. On the day of pickup I was called and notified the 26 ft truck was not available at pickup site. The only truck they could offer was a 20 ft. Since I was pressed for time I made due with the 20 ft and was given 6 hours extended time to return it. Really? As far as Uhaul location Valley Tire Shop Road Serv did provide great service and their trucks are clean. Uhaul on the other hand needs to provide what they offer. *Driver tip: everytime these trucks are turned on the overdrive is disengaged. You will see a notice on dashboard saying 'tow/haul'. If you are a nubee like me you will use up more gasoline. To engage economy press button on shifter and the 'tow/haul' notice will turn off. Hope this helps.
