There was a leak in the roof on the top right corner of the "mother's attic" we didn't notice it until we were unpacking. It rained the entire night before so tons of out stuff was dripping wet because of the hole. We don't know what is damaged until we unpack our belongings. This is unacceptable.

I liked the camaraderie between local facilities. The overall transportation system is BAD!! I had reservations 3 weeks out . And kept receiving texts that everything was fine . AND then at 6:44pm the night before CANCELLED for no equipment. 2 days before you were all set and had my equipment. I guess the evil fairies came and took it away. I think that you should give up the online and let the local facilitators deal with the public and the equipment. If it wasn't for Irma @Public Security Storage calliing Matt at Valley Jewelry I would have been locked out due to demolition crews coming in. Very bad situation that your employees handled. Got me to stop crying. They are good employees and represent your brand with flying colors. The traffic control and online site can take a big FAT F

Dont change my pick up time 2 days before the move with no warning, and then change my pickup time again by phone the night before the move, forcing me to change locations and cry at work because you guys made a stressful time extremely harder. While the location itself doesn't really matter the overall customer service from uhaul is what sucked. Our reservations seemed to not matter at all. We ended up with a smaller truck than we needed at the wrong time. If it hadn't been for my family all offering to drive their cars with more stuff, our move would have been extremely harder because of the smaller vehicle. 2/10. The guy who was on the phone with us helped as much as he could and I respect that. Sucks that we had to use a much smaller truck though.

I understand there's a shortage of Uhauls right now and tons of people are moving across the country — but Uhaul needs to figure out a better and more reliable reservation system. We booked a Uhaul trailer a couple weeks in advance of our cross country move and was told the day before trailer pick up that a trailer might not be available to us until 4 days after our pick up date within 300 miles of where we were, pick up was on a Saturday morning and they told us they wouldn't have one available until the following Tuesday. That is completely unacceptable when a reservation is made prior. We ended up still getting a trailer on our Saturday pick up day, but it took a lot of moving parts to get there. Moving is stressful enough, improve your system to help alleviate some of that stress for your customers instead of creating more.

The truck was disgusting!! It had not been cleaned since the last customer. There was a sticky drink spilled all over, dried syrup and a bottle label in the cup holder, two different face masks on the floor, as well as empty water bottles. The inside of the box was not swepted out.

Do not screw them by doing a split pick up, had me pick up truck in sun valley then trailer in silver springs. Yes you guys added miles to my agreement but ended up wasting 40-60$ just going to pick up my trailer and back track!

Staff were very rude . Nothing I had ordered was at this location but 1 price. And was told to drive around the city's looking for blinkets at one location then then another for the hand truck, the another place for appliance hand .truck. , then another location for the last piece. Worst experience not using uhaul a again and definitely not recommend it a friend or fow.

I would suggest that reps answering the phone would listen and respond correctly before upsetting clients or misinforming them. I had an issue when extending the rental due to the agents lack of listening and answering my questions. Luckily, I was able to break it down to her and complete extending the truck rental for one more day.

Truck wasn't ready when I arrived. Store personnel added oil to the truck after I arrived and told me I should check it again when I filled with gas. He did ask if I wanted him to sweep out the back of the truck but I was in a hurry so I said no. Wouldn't go back to that location.

Upon drop off of the vehicle I was informed by Steve he needed to contact an agent because we were going to get some kind of refund. Steve attempted to contact said people and they were unavailable. He informed me I would be hearing from an agent about some sort of refund within the next 24 to 48 hours. Unfortunately, 7 days later I am still waiting for a call as I have no clue who to contact about this issue.

The passenger mirror was loose and constantly moved out of position, which made it extremely difficult to drive safely. The mechanic at another UHaul location tightened the mirror and it was great until it became loose again an hour later. The serpentine belt also was squealing and needs to be replaced soon. If it weren't for the friendly staff, I would not recommend this location which was not my original choice.

This gal did not listen to my concerns earlier and was off doing her nails when I returned (not really doing her nails but not friendly or even mindful) I was in earlier and my reservation was messed up. She did not at that time bother to explain the mix up! Just sent me on my way!

This person/location did not answer phone or return message to extend rental then charged me $50 late fee the next day on top of second day rental. He stated that I should have called, which I did. Then he kept walking away with my debit card to an office in the back. I had to ask him to not walk away with my debit card anymore. It was a disgusting experience!

Valley Jewelry was a great pick up location easily accessible from Reno and Sparks. The location also had a variety of tools for sale if you needed anything for a project. Staff was friendly and processed the order quickly. Parking lot was large and easy to maneuver.

Rented this truck because my own was down and did NOT want to screw around riding the bus going to different places to buy things, then having to haul everything while on the bus. Which would of been impossible as I went to supermarket, buying $80 worth of groceries, then to smoke shop for 6 cartons of cigarettes. And bus stop is 1 mile from where I live...imagine carrying all this bleep back home? No thanks. As it is, looking at renting it again, this time for lumber as my front & backyard fences need repair or replacement.

It was so easy to rent and return the moving truck from this place. I loved that the drop key box as I did not want to have to wait until the office is open to return the truck and key.

The uhaul broken down 20 miles north of town!! No help from the rental point. The Road side assistance was helpful. Arrived about 11/2 hours later at 11:15.I was notified the Truck was finally repaired by 2:15. I was told at that time I was suppose to have stayedy with the truck throughout the wait time! Really. People rent uhauls because they are moving. As it was I had to pay and let go TWO MOVERS @ $68.00 per man per hour for a minimum of TWO HOURS Waste of money all the way around. And I still had to pay the rental/gas/mileage charge.. Will never use Uhaul again.

I paid for the uHaul online and when I went to pick it up I had to go to another location because they didn't have the truck I wanted. So I went to the second location and they made me pay for it again even though I showed them that uHaul already took it already out of my account. Also I bought boxes online and they charged my account twice and only gave me boxes for the first charge. It was a really shitty morning dealing with uhaul

The overall experience was very poor. I made reservations two and a half weeks, yet the day before I was told my pickup spot was 100 miles away from where the original pickup was. After four plus hours on the phone, being placed on hold, getting the run around, they finally “located” one closer in proximity. When we went to pick it up we were told our rental was stolen. Another hour trying to locate another trailer. Very frustrating!!!

Call or send confirmation that the rental drop off after hours was processed and contract was closed out. Shady area that made me question leaving the truck there. I had to call two and a half days later to get a confirmation that the contract was closed just for them to tell me that the truck was fine and already re-rented out. SUCH A NIGHTMARE

The guy at the location was a life saver. However the U-Haul app doesn't not work correctly. I made reservations to pick up at the Parr location. I then got a phone call from U-Haul telling that U-Haul didn't do self pick up that I would ah e to switch my reservations to the other location. I was okay with that. Then yesterday when I got to the new location I tried to do the self pick up. The app told me I couldn't. That I needed to call this lady Kassie. I called a Kassie and oh my was this girl rude. I talk to her. She tells me that my reservations is not a self pick up that I have to wait an hour or maybe I should go to the Oddie location. I asked her if the oddie location would have the truck I needed. She is still being rude and say she has no idea that would be up to me if I wanted to try. Kassie still being her rude self goes a a huge rant how she is out in the field and can't really help me. She is changing flat tires. Giving me her poor life story. I finally got frustrated and asked her to shut up so I could ask questions so I could make the best decision possible with the current situation I was in. She then says to me she can't help to call a 1-800 number. I asked why is she a contact person if she can not help. She replies... laughing... I have no idea why. Horrible person to have in your company. I really hope this was cuz Kassie had a really bad day and is amazing most of the time. I can't imagine that she holds this much responsibility with U-Haul customers and was so rude... maybe U-Haul should get her more employee help. She seemed very overwhelmed. Kassie I really hope it was just a bad day. I will never use the app for a reservation again. That was horrible.
