Other than he sent me to a place to drop off on Saturday and that location is closed on Saturdays. Then had to find a new location in a town I'm not familiar with. Had to wait there 39 minutes for the owner to come back from lunch.

We scheduled our rental for Sunday when when The Valley feed store was not open and it took us 2 and a 1/2 hours to get our key to our rental truck out of the lock Box because there is no Internet service at that location. We talked to several customer service representatives And there was only one lady probably the 6th 1 we talked to that actually helped us all of the other onesWe're a waste of time and no help at all... Then returning the truck you are supposed to use the Internet at the location once again which did not work so we were told we were gonna have to just drop the key in the Dropbox and be charged 20 more dollars. The lady finally looked at Our file and everything we had been through today and she made a note in there and told us just to drop the key in a Dropbox And we should be OK.

The dealer instructed me to MAKE SURE I returned the truck with an eighth of a tank an NO More. This is not what the contract says but he was emphatic. Now I get charged an extra $40? I will do my very best not to use UHaul again.

Truck was a local truck from somewhere else and not a one way piece of equipment. Obviously neglected in maintenance. Exhaust problems and transmission has issues in tow/haul mode. Mentioned it to the receiving u-haul center but they didn't seem to take the issues seriously.
