I have rented a truck from this location once for 5 days and they charged me for 5 days and 23 hours so they charged me for 6 days when the man told me he charged me for 5 days .just rented another uhaul from same location and they overcharged me again 82 dollars for 22 hours and they charged my ccard 100 dollars never got tbe chsnge fcrom 100 they totook off my ccardKenneth H.
I am very frustrated, because I tried to return the box truck in a location closer to my home which would save me about 15 miles! When I picked up the truck, the initial location informed me that I could return it in any U-Haul location. I tried to return to this location; 8866 Utica Av, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730, I spoke over the phone to Tanya, who confirmed that I cannot returned to her location and I needed to return it to the pickup location!!!! It is my worst experience, and probably will be the last!Mina N.

The truck that I rented needed brakes , I ending pay extra because I had to take the street and I ended paying extra , I feel that is was not safe to go in the FWYMARIA F.

This place should be shut down and taken off the map for uhaul. These guys are a bunch of jokes. They say they inspect vehicles and find nothing. They're a bunch of thieves. I wonder how many other people have complained about this place. Uhaul needs to stop using this place as a pickup/drop off location. Uhaul needs to reconsider all non uhaul centers for their vehicles.BRANDON B.

Awful customer service. Not friendly at all. The attendant was so rude and not helpful at all. He refused to just bill my card for the gas I did not put in the uhaul. Also, he lied that the tank was half full when I picked up, when it was a quarter short of half a tank. I was made to fill it up to half tank. So not using that location again.Rosalinda M.

They have their ow individual pricing, I rented the box truck for 90 miles that is $0.79 x 90 = $71.10 + $20 10' Truck + $14 insurance + $1 environmental fee + taxes, came up to be $114.00 HOWEVER they charged $147.00 and I called corporate they said call the location, then I called the location and their answering service answered, and they said they would have the location call me and they never did, I run a business I don't have time to go there and complain, I don't care if it's $1 or $100 it's the principle of the matter, All in all they charge what ever they want, I will write a review on this location to lower their customer base.Frederick B.

employee training needed...i rented a dolly but when I got to my location it was not in the truck. If I wasn't able to borrow one from the premises the job would have been a disaster. No optional supplies in truck. I could have used some blankets.Deanna D.
Make sure to double check the amount of fuel the truck has and dont go based on what they tell u it has. They dont know how to calculate amount due after what was already charged. They were trying to over chargeAdrian C.
I let the person know that the U-Haul I rented drove extremely poorly and was extremely dangerous to drive. Not only We're the mirrors stuck in a faulty position the suspension caused the steering to make the vehicle impossible to drive safely. People at this company really need to quality check their vehicles before renting them out to the consumers.Traci K.

They over charged me, then charged my card a unauthorized charge to my card for 36$ with no explanation, now i have to depute this with my bank and wait 72 hours with U HAUL about the over chargers. You call for information and they give you FALSE information and they end up charging you more money. I WILL NEVER use this again, horrible horrible horrible experienceCinnamon R.

The problem with this location is the location the truck was not easy to access people from the taco place were blocking the entry and exit I was not happy with my experience at all because this was the 3rd pick up place I went to the second place no one was even there I waited 1hr the phone customer service was terribleChristine S.

The vehicle was clean but the gas gauge seem to be broken. The gentleman who rented us the truck told us we needed to fill the tank more. When we tried to fill the tank gas Spilled Out of the tank making us waste our money and gas. The vehicle was clean and swept out when we picked it up. The gentleman at the station also accused us of breaking the Front plastic bumper of the truck which we did not do. The owner of tried to get me to admit and I broke the Front plastic bumper of the so the owner tried to interrogate me hoping that I would admit to Breaking the plastic bumper on the truck. Make sure the mileage meter and gas gauge are verified in front of the customer. This particular dealer didn't do that, in turn there was a mileage discrepancy. I feel I was overcharged. It's not the principle factor, it's the point.Angeline J.

We showed up to pick up a 6x12 trailer. The clerk couldn't figure out how to add insurance to my order since I still needed to add that to the rental and he was almost going to just let me take it with zero coverage because he couldn't figure out how to use the computer. He asked if I was going to need it until 4, which is how long I estimated I would need it. When I told him I wasn't sure, he said it was ok, I had the trailer for 24 hours anyway. So I felt at ease. We finished signing the documents, and then he gave me my papers and waved us off...leaving us to latch the trailer onto our SUV in the pouring rain, with no assistance whatsoever. Later, at 4:30, they called me and began harassing me about why I hadn't returned the trailer yet, even though they told me I had a day's rental and I could return it "any time before 8:00 am tomorrow". They guy demanded to know when I was bring it back, and when I said I still needed it and I didn't know, He spat, "bring back tomorrow 8:00 a.m." and hung up on me. So I decided there was no way I would return it there.Paloma G.

Make sure tires have air in them and don't leak and have equipment checked for bent axles to make sure they don't throw you all over the road and don't tell the customer it's there problem that the trailer that was just hooked up to there vehicle, that has a flat tire is there problem, when they haven't even left the locationrebecca L.
Make it separate from the liquor store. The kid wasn't an expert at uhaul and he was busy trying to help liquor store customers. Also there wasn't much moving accessories at the location.Christopher J.
