3 dollys in the truck that where not on the contract or requested, they took up room on the truck but location said they had to stay on the truck

3/4 of the equipment I had requested and even paid for was not available. I had to go to multiple locations to obtain the equipment lost 90min of time which cut into my paid for moving help time as well I’ve used U-Haul several times and never had such a total mess From start to finish on this rental. Very disappointed. And I don’t blame Valero I blame U-Haul local regional for this mess.

The Valero station where I picked up the vehicle was a dirty little convenient store and the manager who assisted me wasn’t even sure he had a reservation and was rather creepy. The whole experience seemed unprofessional and I would not recommend that location to anyone. I would work directly with an official Uhaul location instead.

Very poor experience, truck was dirty , charged me for something isn’t correct but it was corrected after I emailed and told them it isn’t right. The manager took care of it.

I rented an appliance dolly and furniture pads. When I opened the truck it was completely empty. I tried contacting a uhaul rep and they were no help. I ended up having to drive an extra 20 minutes to an actual uhaul location to get the rental equipment I needed. and I still got charged for it.

AC does not work. Only blows air out through the bottom where legs sit, does not blow air out from face level vents at all. Even when you put it on that setting to blow air through the top vents nothing. Had to move in the hot summer with no AC. Unsatisfied

My issue was that the furniture dollies and appliance cart were not with the truck. Further, the store staff told me that don't have those....and maybe another U-Haul center might. When I asked "where" he/she 'pointed' [?] and when I asked for a phone number so I could check to see if they had the equipment [I paid for], the answer was 'i can't find the phone number'. I eventually got equipment at another store, after about 45 minutes lost. My suggestion to U-Haul is to 'take ownership' of a problem and work with the customer through to a 'solution'. Also, apologies can go a long way to defuse a situation. Something, anything except-"We don't have that.....[silence]..."

Store manager was not very customer oriented, vehicle has an exhaust manifold leaking exhaust into cab which I still have a headache from. Drive very rough, hopping down the road. At the end the guy in the store had no clue.

Increase training on U-Haul Systems. They were able to help with a special circumstance (needed to change name and contact info on reservation), but they seemed unsure of how to handle it.

This location let me book as an in person pick up. It was a random gas station. Had to wait forever on hold to change it to an online pick up. Ate up 3 hours of our time. Why would it lie online and say this location will have a uhaul agent? Even the live agent on uhaul was trying to tell me there was a ubaul person working there which is false. We specifically booked this location and a 230pm pick up time because it said there would be an agent available. I want a refund this was a massive waste of time and energy

Let people know to go to the counter to redeem their key instead of giving them a code when there isn’t a lock for TM 3072 KM

The seats are very uncomfortable and it would be nice to be able to adjust them up and down, not just front to back. But, I will continue to use U-Haul like normal.

The contact with uhaul was terrible. Got a call-arrangements we're set Went online, pickup Thus noon-fine Return 5:00 pm Thurs--not requested & impossible I had a Fri am delivery Multiple online attempts to fix Three personal calls to fix #1 call-her internet so slow could do nothing #2 said fixed-pnline still the same #3 fixed in a couple minutes
