The left side cable on the bay door was off the spool, making the door impossible to close. I fixed it myself, so I wouldn't have to get a different truck, as the truck was fully loaded already. When we took the truck back, I attempted to do an in person return, rather than a mobile return. When I approached the attendant about it, he wouldn't listen to me, but simply said "no, outside" while pointing to the area of the key drop box. I exited the building to complete the mobile return. Near the end of the mobile return, the Uhaul system told me that I'd be charged eighty-something dollars. I was confused, as we had already paid ninety-something dollars when we picked.up the truck. Air went back in and attempted to explain my confusion. He simply said "call them" and refused to listen toy question. Couple that with the fact that the moving help was incompetent, at best. They complained about us asking them to put stuff in a spot. They also took a full 30 minutes longer than me to travel from the pick up location to the drop off location. They were not good at all. With these people representing Uhaul, I'm not sure that I'll do business with Uhaul again.STEVEN H.

inside of truck was clean outside windows were dirty and no way to clean them up on returning truck person behind the counter was not helpful just pointed to box outside and said put keys there. Was told they only had one size truck but when I got there, there were 3 trucks 2 were the size I was looking for, when I returned the truck(same day) both were still still there.Donald B.
Hire a person to handle the rental and return! It is time consuming and confusing to figure out how to work your program for rental and return.Ryan K.
I arrived to pick up the truck I had reserved and the man took my payment and handed over the keys. I asked if the equipment that I ordered was all in the cab and he informed me that there was nothing and he knew nothing about it. He then directed me to go to another location to see if they can provide the items. I traveled to two different locations to gather the dozen of blankets and a dolly, which I was previously informed that this would all be ready with the truck. The truck was filthy and was not properly cleaned down for COVID-19. I had to wipe it all down before my travels. Also, we were supposed to complete a walk through on any damage on the truck and that was not done either. I don't believe that the gentleman had Amoy idea how to properly complete the pickup process. Horrible, horrible service!MARINA C.

I was not allowed to upload all the scuffs and marks that were not marked. The truck was not clean at all! Bugs all over the windshield, inside and back was dirty â€¦still usable but dirty nonethelessâ€¦and so much more. It took way too long to take Poseidon of vehicle and stuck right out in the hella hot heat. I was miserable. Tried to call customer service to complain- it was a 61 minute wait. Did not have time for that crap. Not a pleasant experience at all.Carolyn G.

Reverse the false charge. I was not told I would pay .99 cents a mile plus paying for gas on top of it. I'm disputing this charge and will never use haul againJennie J.
