However I would not re co. End uding the app. Really made things comicated and stressful as far as not knowing iif your order waS recieved. I almost had a heart attack because my authorized driver was involved in a minor accident and suddenly I was not even able to find the insurance info, I cod t even see him listed on the policy. Really a ultra stressed and ruined my weekend..
dan sDid not have all of my equipment that I ordered and the rep spoke so fast with an accent I could not understand why or how to get my equipment.

Jodi MWednesday morning (03/06) the UHaul website was down when trying to pick up the truck so it took 2 hours to get in contact with customer service, who in return told me to check if my wifi was working and then hung up on me. The manager of the gas station where I picked up the rental ended up taking a copy of my id and gave me the keys. The website was still down so I was not able to submit the pre check form, so I called customer service back to tell them the current mileage before I left and that there was cracks/tears in the cabin and seats. After returning the rental I got charged the wrong mileage and for the damage already done to the cabin.

MARK EYou switched my location the night before pick up, giving me zero chance to talk to someone about it. All I was given was a phone call with a voice-mail right before the office closed. The message said if I wanted to talk to Veronica I would have to call in the next 11 mins to go over the change, which I couldn't do since I was moving things and driving at the moment. The link she sent did not tell me the new pick up location like she said it would, so I had to wait until 7 the next day to call and find out where to pick up the truck, losing an hour off my original pick up of 6 am. The gas station location was an absolute mess! 2 of the 4 trucks are illegally parked in the fire lane of that tiny hole in the wall, so if there is a fire at that station it is going to go up in flames. The other 2 trucks were sandwiched between the owners car and plastic bins outside an improperly placed storage shed. I had such a hard time getting the truck to fit back into a spot last night because he took one of the 3 spots and filled the rest of the space with junk. The manager came out to throw trash away and he asked me to park it better and I told him I couldn't get it any closer to the curb with what little space he left me. I asked him to move his car so I could have the proper spot and he refused, saying excuses yhe whole time. He just kept giving me attitude and saing the big trucks need to turn there, which there was a huge amount of room on that corner still. As far as i am concerned this is not suitable to have rentals, it is not big enough for 4 trucks. 2 at best without the manager using the easiest place to park with his normal sized sedan. This whole rental situation was the worst experience I have ever had with uhaul. I have helped so many friends move and helped them rent trucks from you guys in the past with zero issues. But this new system is absolute garbage, it was nothing be a nightmare.
Logan QTo make sure the attendant behind the counter know what the customer used the app and shows that you did everything online it should make the process easy
