I had a horrible experience with the return process because the drop off location wasn’t properly listed. The rep was very nice, but the process was screwed up and it took 45 minutes and a lot of frustration.

Clean trucks...and cashier needs to let customer know BEFORE running debit charges what total is just in case customer has different amount like I did....cashier ran my card for 33.17 more than what the charge was...took just about all in my bank account.

Easy to reserve on line but the lady working the counter had no clue. Once the manager came it went quickly. The other problem was that whoever rented it before us left a mess. Blankets were everywhere and a mess on the floor including broken glass

Was not a good experience overall. Two hours before pickup they changed pickup location. Then u-hauls server was having problem and would not except my debit card. Found out their next customer had same issue. Not what I expected from U Haul

I reserved a truck, an appliance dolly & 10 blankets. This location rents only trucks and never has the other items. I had to drive to another town the next day to get them, thereby putting my schedule back a whole day.

I made a reservation over the phone for a Truck, Dolly and 12 Soft Pads. When I picked the truck up, the Dolly nor the Soft Pads were in the truck . I had to drive to another town to get them. This was never mentioned when making the reservation . If a company is going to make reservations, they should be 100% informative of pertinent information regarding their own company's functioning. I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

The price to rent the truck was outrageously high.

This location is a convenience store. Only one person working at the time and the store was very busy. I was asked to go get the mileage from the truck. I then waited approximately 15 minutes along with a whole host of impatient customers. He then returned to the counter and told me to wait a few more minutes while he caught up the counter customers. After an additional 5 minutes he told me I could get my receipt on line. I was very disappointed in this location. I will be renting a trailer in Illinois in a couple of weeks and hope I do not have the same experience.

Overall it was a big headache on picking up and dropping off the truck. I was unable to pick up the truck at the desired time due to the fact that the system was having lots of errors did not feel like it was all correct being charged from my original order date when I picked it up late due to system errors.

We arrived at our scheduled time to pick up our van and no one knew we were coming, had to call someone else in and we had to wait close to 25 minutes to get our truck. I had made the reservation several days in advance, so there should have been no confusion.

The location was not open during the posted business hours and made it difficult to return the equipment.

The attendant could offer to help hook up the trailer. The trailer was parked in a parking spot and I could have used a little help backing my vehicle up to the trailer and assistance with lifting the tongue of the trailer onto the ball of my truck.

The representative was very rude and talked down to me. I guess he thought I was stupid because I am a female. He told me I should have hired someone to do my moving for me. Also I did not want the extra damage coverage and he refused to take it off my billl.

The proprietor at Valero was very courteous and very helpful despite being busy with a large volume of regular customers in the convenience store, a change in my return date, and my early return. I was very satisfied with the quality of service. I would also like to thank UHAUL and all their staff. This was a difficult move and had several complications and/or issues. This was the forth move our extended family has made in eight months and we have two more moves coming up in the next few months. Every time I have had a problem, the staff at UHAUL had a solution and worked to make me a very well satisfied returning customer. Thank you all for your exemplary service and making me feel like family.
