The people who work at this location did not have a clue about what was going on. They referred me to another location 2 miles away, even though I showed them my message showing their address and phone number. I do not recommend the self-service option, it is very frustrating and time consuming, especially if you are already running behind schedule. I also rented a dolly, which was nowhere to be found.

Tatanisha CLocation was out of the way for a pick up. Valero employee had no involvement or idea of anything related to Uhaul. Also Uhaul verification process should be done prior to actual pick up and a secondary identification process should be used to ensure correct customer gains access to truck for usage. Truck performed well and shift manager that had to be contacted to further assist me was amazing.
Paul SAcknowledge the difference between miles and kilometers. The odometer in the vehicle that I rented at this location is in Kilometers and my I’m still fighting to get my money back from them telling me that I drove 24 miles when in actuality I drove 24 kilometers. Please refund my money
Cornelius AI should have ran the day I went to pick up the truck and the man didn't even know how to set up the rental in the computer. I was less than 15 minutes late, and had called and let them know I would be there asap and they said not to worry. But was charged for another days rental. Unbelievable... Charging me a late charge I can understand, but another whole day is ridiculous...
