Do not use a liquor store as a drop-off. Do not make me drive 29 miles to pickup a truck when there was a full service U-Haul store only 10 miles away with trucks available. Make sure the truck has half a tank of gas as promised. Make sure truck has pads as requested. Make sure truck is clean. This one was filthy in the cab and in the box. Start caring about your customers!

The truck we rented was a total piece of junk was scared to drive it in fear that it would fall apart. Almost took it back a mile down the road but it would have been to much of a hassle to try and exchange it and wait another hour for the liquor store attendant to check us out due to having to ring out the 25 alcoholics at the liquor store first.

this is crazy I been trying to reach this location and I cant get nobody to help I am told the person in charge of the U-Haul rentals is never available. My account was charge twice and cant get this location to help me with the issue plus I got a over drawn fee do to this issue. I will never go to this location

Valero was not my original pick up point . I reserved a truck in early May and you gave me a pickup location at Express fuels in Gainesville GA and when I arrived there was no truck available and no one helped me so I had to drive all over to try to find a truck. I called 800-go-U-Haul and no one ever picked. Horrible customer service. Moving is stressful enough , it turned out on had to stay in hotels because I missed the cut off at my apt office complex , I will never use U-Haul again.

They were no help to a 58 yr old woman trying to hook up a trailer. Ended up having to spend 272 on a truck instead of 149 for a trailer

One tire very low on air. The girl at pick up was very helpful. They had air at the adjoining C store. Ended up,ok but tire should have been full at pickup.

I rented a truck Oct 30 for 12:30 pick up for 24hrs which was reserved online along with an appliance dolly which they did not have so the liquor store clerk gave me a utility dolly that he told me I would not be charged for .. I returned the truck the same day around 11pm dropped keys in box even tho I thought I would need it for 24hrs and paid for 20miles upfront but only used 18 so I expected to be refunded the next day when the truck was checked in but instead I woke up two days later to declined charges for $107 then $57 then $10 Not my fault the staff chose to process the truck I rented in two days later I was also charged for moving pads I never asked for .I'm owed $50 per uhaul policy if equipment is not available to me and plus for the remainder miles I did not use... huge headache on top of everything else I have to deal with while moving if you ask me I should be given a full refund for having to deal with such a headache tried to rent the appliance dolly at the storage midgard I got which works with uhaul as well and they didn't even have the appliance dolly so imagine me and my two sisters moving washer and dryer only having a small utility dolly to work with from the 2ND floor..stressful. I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND for my troubles I've called customer service multiple times and everytime after a new charge is ran on my card minutes later and declined why are they still trying to take from me I'm not sure but I owe nothing .. I DESERVE A FULL REFUND

They did not have the equipment that online that they said that they did, although they replaced it for free with a smaller dolly . I am also aware that we have to pay gas for these trucks but we got a truck on half a tank and were forced to pay for it to go full tank, and was not mentioned by the clerk. Also upon return it took over a half an hour for the clerk to get it checked out. Would not recommend.

I wasn't given any paperwork for the contract as the location is a liquor store and the printer wouldn't work. The truck had blankets, but they were dirty and thrown into the cab and back of truck without care.
