I truly recommend this storage place. I had my belongings there since the beginning of 2009 - February 2024 I have never had issues with my personal possessions being stolen or the staff being rude to me. The unit was cleaned and free of any kind of rodents. I really recommend this storage unit. If in the future I need another, I will definitely come back. Thank you Valencia Storage for keeping my valuable memories safe.

Vehicle was clean and worked well. The attendant was professional and easy to talked to. I like the fact that this Uhaul location was close to my house.

Gas cap was off when picked up, then very hard to get off when filling gas. Front right tire was low. We did U-Haul a favor when they called to ask if we’d pick it up at a different and drop off where we originally rented and they’d give us 30 free miles for doing so. We didn’t know it was adding on to the miles we’d already told them we’d need. We used 53 miles and then they added the 30 miles on top of that which we never used. I thought we’d get a discount of 30 miles off what we actually used. Overall everything was good but I’ll never do a favor like that again.

Asked for furniture dolly, appliance dolly, and blankets. Sent from first location since they did not have all the items. Second location had none of the items. Had to do the move with a utility dolly, no blankets and move heavy furniture and deal with the scratches! Horrible experience and would never suggest U-haul to anyone ever again!

Apparently my belongings were auctioned off. I wasn't given notice and I called and emailed to inquire about what I owed to pay off my balance with no response.

He charges more for fuel because I returned full. So in the last bill show the charges fuel like 42 more dollars and he didn’t give me the truck full went I rented

The vehicle should have been inspected before rental The service light for tire pressure was on the retire trip.

I was charged extra mileage on that track because they sent me to the wrong place the 1st time and I have to go out of my way to get to drop off this truck now I'm getting charged extra because I have to go out of my way just to get to drop off the truck

Wont answer the phone. Wont return voicemail till after your late if trying to make a payment. Left 4 voicemails with my phone number in each but took three weeks for a return call and the reason was they didn't have my number so she lies to your face. DO NOT RENT HERE NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. Owner would rather talk to friends than answer the phone.

I didn't have a good experience. I was led to believe I could drop off the truck at one location while being called mid way into my move that I needed to drop off my rental at another location and when I called to ask what happened I was told you have a "specific way" of doing things as if chastising me for calling. I won't be using uhaul for any more of my moving needs. Going to cancel my storage as well first chance I get.

TONS OF HIDDEN FEES. My moving truck is advertised for 19.99, I used it for four hours and when I returned it I learned that my bill was $150. I would rather use PENSKE

Not clear where to park the rental for return

Maybe if u can have the equipment clean before hand and tell the customers that's okay you won't get charged for the dirtiness of the inside of the can plus make sure it is clean behind the bench sears found alcohol in the cab

Only one thing, have better signage for uhaul. We had to call to find out where they were. But after located, it was really smooth and we where done and gone. The lady there was very nice and friendly.

You don't even know it's there and you spend 10 minutes looking fo it and another 30 waiting for someone to open the gate. Uhaul signs would be useful and a courtesy call before you charge 70% additional fee for something we the customer has no idea for.
