I asked if a 6x12 utility trailer was available to rent and was told yes. Arrived to the location and filled out paperwork and was rented an enclosed trailer. The return process was more difficult than any other time I've rented a trailer from uhaul.BRANDON G.

I have been charged twice already for a truck I returned 5 hours later. The phone number listed on the contract I signed was incorrect. I have called that number 5 times and left messages. Today I had to take off from work to into the V-Tecc office. Still did not receive answer. Still waiting for a return phone call. Not happyAna M.

The location that I used to pick up my rental was highly unorganized, unprepared, inexperienced, and lacked basic knowledge regarding the process. While here I witnessed very poor customer service skills while at least two other customers inquired about UHaul rental services. My rentals cab had not been cleaned or maintained. I have used UHaul services in the past and will continue to do so when needed, however I would never recommend this pick up location nor will I ever return here.WILLIAM C.
We only were able to rent a small uhaul for 6 hours and paid way more than we did for the 26 foot one 17 days before for 24 hours!! This was the worse experience I have ever had in the 3 times I have used uhaul and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to rent uhaul after the experience we just had!!william E.
We were not happy with the straps that were on the car carrier. One strap was almost broken into two pieces and we turned it in and reported it to this uhaul company and they had maintenance come out and fix it. Was not satisfied with this considering we drove 16 hours with this. We had to use our own straps to make it there safely.Heather C.

First, give an actual printed copy of the lease agreement. I was supposedly given verbal instructions on how to return the truck at 09:00 a.m. Then I was told, â€œI sent you an email of the contractâ€ and I was, but it showed up as garble. After all of that, my son-in-law didn't put the dolly back in the truck. I noticed it after I returned the truck and when I asked for a waiver for the dolly fee, I was told, â€œI have to charge you because it's a U-Haul rule.â€ When I picked up the truck, everything was light hearted. No printed copy of contract was laughed away. Turning the truck on and the gas light comes on immediately and I was told I had to bring it back at 1/4 tank or I'd be charged a $30 dollar fee plus $3.50 for every gallon it takes to get to x amount of gas, I just prayed I'd get to a gas station in time. Zero tie down points, just loop it over a board and hope for the best My money will go elsewhere next time.James S.

Over the past 5 years or so I have rented trucks from this location. They are always clean. And available when I need to do odd jobs. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. These girls almost feel like family. The service is great! Sometimes I want to adopt them.?? I'm glad your allow them to market your product.Lana R.

Worst experience ever. DO NOT RENT from them. They charged my card after truck was returned twice the amount of original amount i had already paid. It's been a week now of calling and calling with no response and I'm out of 500.00 dollars that was not signed for it agreed upon. This is flat out robbery.Dana C.

Fix your software so the wonderful people at V+Tecc can process customers without an agonizingly long wait. That website to process the check out was pitiful, kept timing out, wouldn't refresh. Tanya was great and kept apologizing, she definitely knew how to use the site but couldn't control how long it was taking to process the information she entered.KATHRYN P.

We were suppose to have truck all day when we arrived to pick it up we were told we had to have back by 3 30. They over booked themselves. Very unsatisfied. Was charged for a full day did not have it for a full day.MELISSA H.
This wasn't the location that I picked. But it was nice. I do need to let corporate office know that I was not happy with Sandra at Randolph Storage ( the main number that I was sent to about my truck) She was very rude and wasn't helpful at all. UHaul needs to let their customers know more that 24 hrs ahead of time where they are picking up their truck that have ordered. Moving is stressful enough without being in the dark about if you are going to have a truck and where your pick up. Corporate can call me on this if they would like. I do not recommend UHaulPatricia D.

The sales attendant was great but she was alone and was selling a car, the location was not staffed appropriately to handle U-Haul sales and car sales. I ended up booking the U-Haul up alone to keep it moving. Again the woman working was great just needed more support staffAdam H.
