Drop off was on a Sunday and this location was closed with a security gate. I couldnt secure the truck inside the gate and no one was answering their “emergency line” to give me a gate code to do so. I feel if this location is a drop off location, a gate code should be provided up front. I has to leave the truck at the enterance and return the next day with the key.

The cleanliness of the truck was poor. The outside was in need of a wash and the interior windshield needed to be cleaned as it was difficult, especially at night to see good. The trucks need to support the latest technology (USB, AC ports, and navigation) to help customers with their experience. The outside mirrors could not be adjusted to perfect the rearward view so it caused a lot of discomfort in the neck and shoulders after several hundred miles of travel. The driver's seat could not be adjusted to achieve any comfort. The radio speakers were so poor that you could barely understand what was being played.

My original drop off location claimed they didn't have room for me to drop the trailer. They sent me down the street, to another location, they said they didn't have room. My drop off time was 10am. I was at the drop off location at 9:57am. I arrived before the owners did. I finally got in touch with U haul they sent me to another drop off location. So, because of the late drop off (not my fault) U haul charged my card an additional fee for late drop off. The nice lady at the final drop off location did reverse the charges. In the future please make sure any drop off location is able to receive drop offs. This experience was very inconvenient.

They did change our drop off location and we were able to turn it in the next day. The sad thing was is the truck had a leak on the top of the mom's attic and all our bags got wet. Is there a discount or some kind of future savings? We did inform the lady at this location and she informed us that she would have someone look at it. Thanks and look forward to hearing back from you.

The lady who helped me at the office was so super friendly and was able to answer all my questions. Customer service was AMAZING! She also explained the table to figure out how much gas you need to put in the truck upon return, and reassured me about some of my initial fears (I had never written a Uhaul truck before). The location was also super convenient to my new apartment, and the after hours drop off was super easy, quick and convenient. I also loved the online drop off stuff online, super quick and easy!

The rental agent was very efficient, was helpful to get all the paperwork done quickly and is a very pleasant person to deal with.

Make sure that each customer knows that they will be charged insurance for each and every single day that they have the truck. The truck sat empty at my house for almost 4 days and I don't see any paperwork that I signed agreeing to pay for insurance each and every single day. You guys stole almost $50 from me without my permission and you refuse to give my money back to me. If this is not resolved today, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

My rental truck needed a tune-up and had a shake due to spark plug issues ( This was seen while idling...) but was very clean.My rental agent, Dena, was awesome !! Very friendly and knowledgeable.
