There were tweaker/homeless people in our truck smoking cigarettes and peed inside. There were no workers workers at the location so we were stuck with this truck. We had to clean the truck out to use it and my utility cart I reserved was not in the truck. Then my drop off location changed from what I reserved and I followed instructions and dropped it off at the pick up location. I ended up being charged an extra day even though I dropped off the truck at the spot that was listed on my account. Hoping I get a full refund. I spent so much time during a stressful move to try to resolve all of this. Only positive thing I can say, the staff on the phone were very polite and sympathetic for my situation. Everything else was garbage.August C.

i dropped the truck off a early and they could not find it now i have been billed for 4 extra days and am having to deal with getting my money back how can you not find a truck that is 50 feet from your front door crap dirty location shame on uhaul for having this company represent you. i have proof of all calls and i think they did not look in the night drop and are not taking the blam. again shame on uhaul you are the ones i though i was doing dealing withGARY J.

I returned the equipment a early with the same amount of fuel that I was advised to return it at and still got charge 63 for fuel. Try calling and they told me to call 1800GOUHAUL, they didn't care. I think Uhaul should at least refund of your money if you return the equipment sooner than the exact estimated return date.JAMES H.
I was overcharged for my rental and it has still not been put back into my account. The charge I was quoted was raised by $150 when I went to pick up my U-Haul that cost me extra stress and lots of telephone calls before I could actually continue my move. Then upon returning the U-Haul nobody told me where to take it to I took it back to where I got it and that was wrong. And like I mentioned before then there was another charge for $271 for God knows what. I would not recommend you Hall my experience was horrible and I've spent so much time on the telephone trying to get these resolved and still have not had any success in getting back my $271 charge. They told me it was being refunded but instead of seeing money put back into my account I saw another charge for $26 taken from my account You haul will never get my business again nor will I ever recommend it to anybody.MELANIE A.

Shop smelled horrible and the man we returned the vehicle to was hardly acknowledging us. After walking around the vehicle he said we were all good to go and walked away. I got an email that I was being charged $68.19 for extra gas service and that he marked our tank lower than we returned it! (We returned it at the same level we received it). I called him and he said it â€œwas not his problemâ€ and to call uHaul customer service. I DO NOT recommend this location.JAKE M.

I picked up the truck only to find a homeless man sleeping in the back of the truck, unacceptable and unsafe. I have never had issues with U-Haul in the past but this one was just different.Nicholas H.

When I picked it up in california the truck was dirty. The guy printed out the rental agreement, signed it for me and walk out side to hand it to my as I was on the phone......I will sign my own stuff if I'm responsible for the equipment. I hadn't even went over the truck before that happened. Also it's kinda shity to pay twice as much for a truck to go from California to North Carolina apologized to North Carolina to california. Not let this location rent trucks anymore !!!! One of the trucks had someone sleeping in it the night before beer bottles in the back ash from a bin fire in the cargo area and and puncture in the gas tank! The owners of the tire shop very disrespectful!!! I use u-haul on a regular basis and the worst Experience everFelisha H.
I have used the auto transport trailer a few times. This time the trailer was very dirty as if it had been on a dirty highway in the rain. 3/4 of the way to my destination, after dark, the trailer running lights Had a wire problem and blew a fuse on my truck. I have had other better trailers and so over-all I will still consider I haul when the need comes up.steve A.

LOL The employees weren't exactly sure how to do the mobile app rental, since this was their first one. Once it was completed we laughed because what took about 15 minutes, in reality takes maybe 2 minutes. They learned something and so did I. If you are going to rent a truck, do it through the mobile app. Having learned the process it is much faster than walking in to the store and renting.Robert P.
