Met us outside, didn't offer for us to come in, no receipt given AND after dropping off the truck on July 6th, truck was not checked in until July 9th. I had to call Uhaul customer service multiple times and they couldn't even get ahold of the drop off location.Jordan H.
They didn't have the truck I rented, so I was sent across town for another truck. When I got there I had to call customer service because my rental did not update to the new location. It took over an hour to even get keys in hand. It was a hassel. And then the back of the truck was full of dirt and debris, like someone hauled off their garbage. So I had to sweep it out before even loading in my furniture. Annoying. I don't think this was a problem with the location, just U-haul in general.Abby B.

I can't believe this location represents U-Haul. It couldn't have been a worse experience and frankly it could be the worst if not one of the worst buying experiences of my adult life. Would NEVER returnGeorge E.
The truck was dirty with trash on the floor poor customers service I was late 2.5 hours costed me 600 dollar extra for hired employee waiting for truck in the house. The truck was old drugging on the road last of my U-Haul truck it was nightmare.Philip N.

No one was there and the location was locked before their listed closing time of 5:00. We called the contact number to see what to do and were told to leave the keys in Bill's box. Huh? He then hung up on us. I would never visit that place againAmy A.

I returned my trailer at 2230. There was no place to park the trailer as this is a multi use property and a wedding reception was going on. There are no signs that even showed where this business is. When I called customer service twice the first lady told me that it was on the map. She said she could not offer a different location because this trailer was being rented the next day. I was having trouble with on line check in so I called back and your representative this time told me that you could not do on line check in for trailers. I told her she was wrong and all she respnded was "can I help you with anything else" when she was not help at all. We finally figured out on line check in needed us to create an account ( the return without acct. does not work). When we called this business the next day the owner was upset that we dropped the trailer off in the back of the property. I went over there at 2 pm and the business was closed (remember the reason I could not get an alternate site to drop off the trailer is because it was rented for my return day, so that was pretty much a bold face lie). All in all your call in customer service is a joke because they make it up as they go along. The stated business hours for this drop off is a joke because they are not open on Sunday. Bottom line this was not a fun rental.Johnathan L.
