Make sure trucks are clean . This truck was by no means safe to be on the highway! Called and reported steering issues and took to uhaul in lafayette and reported the problem. No one cared. For 2200 dollars I expected a clean safe vehicle to drive.rodger R.
We reserved a dolly and furniture pads, when we went to get the truck they said they were out of both and would credit us. We have yet to be credited . Pretty hard to move without dolly!!!!!Christine M.

The location itself was dirty and unorganized. However, the gentleman that helped me was awesome, friendly, and immediately repaired the damaged light that was on the fender prior to me leaving. He even helped hook it up to my truck.Tyrone P.

This location was pretty sketchy to say the least the trailer right door hinge was broken off still worked fine in thr closing of the door but the guy didnt offer to check the lights after the hook up let alone a walk around, when i asked if we could check the lights his reply was well i already checked them the other day. And the way they have you hook up at this location good luck getting out.Alejandro L.

The owner was later by over an hour, we waited for over an hour and it was very frustrating. This delayed our window to pick up our goods at a different location and caused significant stress and frustration. The location/building was concerning as it had significant damage to the building.Jacob B.

I rented a 10' truck with a dolly, checking in early at the same time as making the order online. I also scheduled a drop-off time: Sunday at 11:30am. I dropped the car off early, and the owner was working on a vehicle in the front of the store. According to, him (Victor?), they were not open on Sundays. I was able to leave the keys and dolly with him, and he sent an email with the receipt the next day. I really liked the place.Pauline L.

The customer service I received from this location was great! The manager even took off some of my payment because my customer service experience over the phone was so bad. The phone experience was not good. I was reserved at another location but they did not have a truck available to me when I arrived at the location. Additionally, the original location was so far out of the way that I passed several other uhaul locations full of uhaul trucks not being used. Any of these areas would have been better than where I was booked. Please train the service members to properly book. Thanksquinn F.
We arrived at scheduled time, site was closed. We called U-haul and were told he was in route. When he arrived, had to boot computer, pull up trucks, count and load blankets that had been on order for over 2 weeks, and do paper work. We left 35 minutes later, after having used the precheck in process. Fortunately the loading crew was also about 20 minutes late!Karen T.

The process of finding a location that accepted cash was awful U-haul workers sent me from location to location walking just to hear i couldnt rent a U-haul without a debit card. So i finally came across the location on Broadway and the experience was amazing. Would recommend this location to friends.Tanya B.

This location did not have an extra appliance dolly, only a standard dolly. If I had to rate his customer service skills I would give him an F. After signing paperwork I had some questions and he was standing in front of me on a personal conversation with a friend. I waited a moment and he did not hang up. I asked to please call his friend later cause I some questions. He abruptly addressed the questions and I went on my way. I will NEVER go back to this location.
