The truck was left open overnight so vagrants slept, ate and relieved themselves inside the truck. Workers had to clean with bleach because of the stench of urine. I slipped and fell because of the mess.

Auto transporte parts like rachet need lubricant . Chains were partiañly broken. Straps were threadbare worn. Needs maintenance Staff was not eager to help.

MaryAlice T.I called customer service asking if I could extend the rental for 1 day. The first person who answered told me that she couldn't extend the rental because another family had already rented it but she would connect me to reservations to see what they could do. She gave me the # in case the call got disconnected. The call did get disconnected so I called back. The 2nd person I spoke with told me "I was already told that another family had rented it." I explained that I was in fact told that but also that I could contact reservations to see what could be done. She replied, "yes, you called reservations and they told you a family had already rented it". I said, no, thats not what happened. She put me on hold and came back after 15-20seconds and said "no, another family rented it so we can't extend it. ". No solutions were offered, e.g. a different size truck, a different day, a different location. All she gave me was a poor attitude.

I had an email telling me my amount due when I picked up and ended up paying $100 more because they forgot about environmental fees and taxes! Horrible experience!!

Michael C.This is not about the pick up location. The problem is you ALWAYS change my pick up location to some other location that is ALWAYS further away and costs me extra time and gas. And then you don't call to confirm, you send me a text the afternoon before the pick up. At least at this location, the service was friendly and no extra time was wasted. I learned that it's better to NOT do any online check in, because it all has to be redone at the counter anyway.

Sign says will return at 3PM when it's 12:30PM. Who is allowed to leave the office for 3 hours???? Such an inconvenience. Just trying to pickup a U-Haul reservation trailer on my lunch break and now I've wasted my whole lunch and now have to go back again to pickup my reservation once someone decided to go back

The online checkin didn't work it took over an hour to get the truck checked out abs rented after several calls and customer service chats... the equipment I ordered was not in the rented truck. There as also another renter standing outside upon my arrival around 9am confused as to why the location was closed.
Branden M.I was offered $50 credit back for picking up a trailer at another location to drop off at the Hollywood U-haul location along with my 15' truck. I had a terrible experience picking up the trailer. Over a 2 hour wait, the staff was sending me back and forth across the facility because they could not find my reservation and then the general manager and a fork lift driver were arguing in front of me. Delaying me even more and making me feel every uncomfortable. I'd like to not be charged for the gas I had left to fill and the miles I drove, my experience on move in day was horrendous.
