When I got vehicle it was somewhat clean. The gas tank was not full and upon leaving I noticed the gas cap was hanging loose. When I brought the gas level to the clerks attention he stated that the was usual practice. I normally do business with AAA storage but used the closer location just for convenience purposes. in the future I will continue to drive the extra mileage and go to AAA storage

Guy was not helpful and scheduled incorrect which resulted in use being charged extra. Uhaul rep that i spoke to to correct was Very helpful and corrected the error.

NOT THE STORES FAULT......Could not find my reservation nor did they have the vehicle I reserved.... U-HAUL rep charged us extra for use of only van available..... Our 19.95 rental ended up above $60.00..... Store employee VERY ACCOMMODATING!!!!! She did more then she had to!!!!!

When I opened the back of the truck, I was hit by a wall of stink: The unmistakable odour of an industrial chicken barn. I do not exaggerate. Although it looked clean at a glance, the floor actually had a gritty film of dried muck. Obviously, someone used the truck to haul a sloppy load of chicken manure, then just used a broom to clean up. I needed the truck and there was no option to exchange it in a timely manner so I lost half an hour cleaning the back out with a garden hose and with a deck brush followed by odour killing cleaner. Now the truck smells like lemon chicken barn. Upon return of the truck, I was going to ask for some kind of compensation for the mess, but the only staff member on site at the time wasn't trained in how to process for a return, so I just handed over the keys and left.

I greatly appreciated that there was a vehicle nearby our prior home, instead of having to drive to Sequim. The vehicle was in great condition. The attendant was helpful and patient, but seemed familiar with only the basic system. I arrived 10 minutes early (10:50a) and was given a contract saying I had to return the vehicle at 10am the next day, instead of in 24-hours. When I pointed this out, the attendant shrugged and didn't seem to know how to change it. That added some stress to our timetable. Otherwise, it was a good experience and a great vehicle.

Frankly, it couldn't have gone better. Quick, smooth, efficient. Doing most of the paperwork on line before picking up the vehicle really streamlined the rental process. This was my first U-Haul rental, and I was impressed it how every question I had was answered online -- and in the cab (via various informative stickers) of my rented 20-foot truck. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from U-Haul again.

The store sells mainly beer, drug paraphenalia, and junk food. You go in there to rent a truck and there's all sorts of nasty low life humans in there and hanging around. Start selling quality food for the real neighborhood, quit catering to the scum of humans, and update your fuel pumps to the modern age of debit cards. And make a parking lot for food shoppers.

I rent box cars primarily from Uhaul. I will never use this location again. I checked in for pickup and there was no walk around the vehicle. The clerk was trying to take care of me and customers for his store. The worst part of this experience was when I dropped the truck off. I was told to park the truck where I picked it up. When I told him I was uncomfortable backing it in to a space, he repeated that I "needed to return it where I picked it up" I have never had to do this at the other locations. Then when asked if I returned it with the amount of fuel I picked it up with I said no, but to go ahead and charge me for the service of having to refill as well as for the gasoline. He said no, that I must fill it up myself. I said I had business I needed to get to and he again insisted that I fill it up myself. This non service is unacceptable. Most likely I will continue to use U-haul since my territory takes me over two counties but I WILL NOT USE THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. If needed I will reach out to Budget or Enterprise.

The owner of the USA Food Mart saved my ass. The Uhaul dealer in Sequim closed 2 hours early. So i went the 15 miles to go tohigrother dealer in Port Angeles. He literally had 1 truck and trailer. When we finished all the paper work he handed me the paperwork he handed me the keys and said thanks. So I hooked up the auto transport myself and went home. Packed the truck loaded the car and then realized the tail lights on the trailer were not working. It forced me to stay until morning so I didnt need tail lights. Missed a day of work because of it.

The clerk seemed to be new and didn't quite know what to do. Even though I had checked in the evening before online it took twenty minutes to get the truck.

Comment was I wish they (uhaul) won't sent more truck delivery's as they have no place to put them. That's too bad.

I would suggest to drop it off at the location where they have more u hauls and more attendants to help you.This place is a small gas station with one worker so it took longer to get things done.

That took way too long to get out the door with my paperwork in the truck. Specially after having a reservation for the rig that I wanted your reservation number

I called 2 different phone numbers and left messages regarding my running late but I still wanted the truck. No return call regarding my message. We took the truck to the port Orchard location, we we're not told that this location is closed at 5:30 pm. Luckily someone was working after hours we we're able to leave it. We had no where to leave the truck over night. Owner of the business did contact me and was glad his mechanic was still there and apppologized for lack of communication regarding his he's.

method of payment info entry inappropriate and compromised the security of my debit card - my card was not scanned but others were, data from my card was entered in proprietors laptop computer including security code - I will have to get a new card - all cards processed were taken by employees and scanned out of sight of customers - no aid in hooking up trailer or pre-inspection of eqpt - this location presents a very poor image for the brand - I will NOT be going there again.

Uhaul was not cleaned out inside the cab. Had a bunch of grass in drivers area. And dash hadn't been wiped down in a while. Drink splashes around the cup holders.

Customer service here was very good but the process of checking the vehicle back in at a different return location was again hampered by the poor computer software program. This gentleman was wonderful but the computer program he fought with sucks. Check with your dealers and believe them when they describe their multitude of problems trying to process rentals. U-Haul can afford better IT processes..
