My problem wasn't with this business, my problem was with the after hours check in of my trailer and the website not letting me check it in! Was on hold for 37 min after calling the uhaul number as well! Your website is terrible and needs to be more reliable and user friendly.NATALIE H.

UHaul.com screwed up royally! They sent me an email saying the 15' truck would be available for pickup at 9am at USA Auto Sales, so we scheduled movers through UHaul to show between 9 and 10. When we got to the location the truck was there but the office was locked and a sign in the window said it didn't open until 10. There happened to be a guy in the business next door who called the owner, but the owner said he was in a class and couldn't come to give us the key. He told us to get the key out of a lockbox by going through the website. The web representative answered after 20m and said they had wrongly switched us over to something called "ride share." I was still on the phone with UHaul and struggling with their ridiculous online system over 40m later when the owner showed up and checked us out. He waved his hand derisively at the lock boxes and blamed everything on "technology." We were delayed by over an hour in picking up the truck. Fortunately, the movers were really nice about it and stayed until the truck was loaded. At the other end of the three hour drive, we had scheduled through UHaul for two movers to arrive at 4pm. Instead, four movers came at 2pm and called to find out where we were only halfway through the drive. Again, the movers were nice and waited to unload the truck, but this move was very stressful and could have been a disaster, thanks to UHaul.Linden A.

Person was nice but the drivers seat belt tied in a huge knot that took me 20 minutes to undo...since the person was working with another customer I had to move truck out of parking area so a waiting food truck could get through so I ended up just driving it to my home without a seat belt, fixed that at home myself. He had to be aware of it as he drove it from the side/back to bring it to me. Transmission on truck was horrible & when you hit brakes it roared trying to accelerate.Charlene N.
1. Know where the trailer is on the lot. They had to search for it. 2. make it easy for dealer to see my reservation. I had to walk him through a lot of the same information I'd already given to U-Haul in making the online reservation, including he initially tried to charge me twice the reserved price.Mark G.

I would like someone to contact me regarding this u-haul. It is in need of new brakes it had tremendous mileage on it and the floor of this box truck got so hot it would burn your feet or make a can explode which it did. This truck has many issues and should be retired I would like to please talk to someone about it it was a miserable ride not to mention dangerous.JEANNIE B.
It was a bit difficult to get the trailer parked as the access was tight. I ended up unhooking the trailer and pushing it into place by hand. Job done, but a bit difficult. The place was hard to find because it sits behind another business on the main road. I did find it after making a circle twice.Russell D.

I called Pantops location twice to ask about dropping off the trailer. They said bring it on! I did and they told me I could not leave the trailer here because it was Public parking. They referred me to another drop off place and it was closed on Tuesday!! After all these frustrations I took the trailer to the third location at US auto sales and they were great!David P.

Terrible service. Terrible experience at checkin. Terrible experience at drop off three hours later. Then incorrect/dishonest billing shows up on credit card statement. For the record, the regional manager was involved in the counter transaction (on the phone) just to get the contract done. Personnel at the shop were totally untrained.
