The location is great. People are nice to help me. But this experience with Uhaul this time is terrible. I went to pick up truck at anther location. After 30 min, I was told the truck is locked. When I arrived to this location, a truck without any fuel was assigned to me. The movers had waited for one hour when I finally get anther truck. Horrible day with Uhaul.Guanhui B.
We dropped the truck and other items off after hours, so we didn't get much of a feel for the drop off location. The website had explicit directions for drop-off, so that was the only part of our miserable experience with U-Haul that went smoothly.Emily K.
Uhaul. Associates were great; unfortunately they explained to me there has been a glitch in the system which requires a multi-day rental. No extra cist for the extra days (unwanted), but i am responsible for the insurance and ithwr fees. Thus happened twice this week to me. I must cincider usung a different truck rental company for my needs if uhaul cant figure things out.William D.
Truck and Service was good. BUT, the real problem was our truck which was paid in full, was no where to be found!!! It was a big fiasco, and a waste of two hours if our timd!!Lyndal W.

They were very helpful at this location, however it wasn't the location I had requested and it was a few miles out of my way during rush hour. Plus the tank was only on 1/4 so I also needed to get gas first thing. Also, since it isn't a uHaul I needed to talk to someone on the phone to get squared away. Everything was fine, it was just a few added inconveniences that add to the stress of moving day.Lauren F.

The only thing they did wrong is that we dropped the truck off on 12/28 at approximately 4:30 and I did not receive a receipt for turning the truck in. You insulted us by charging us 34 cents because the mileage was over .8 miles. For 34 cents you lost a customer.Pete E.
