The location is not neat or well organized. It was difficult to determine who was an "official" employee and who was just a bystander. We needed to push for information such as hitch ball size, etc.. We were not shown features of the trailer such as the drop-down fender function which we had to find by trial and error. The neigborhood were the facility is located is not ideal and the appearance and "persona" of the facility did not inspire confidence.

There was no entrance to the store, and I understand that the store was closed since it was Sunday, but they could at least have an entrance into the building to drop off the key and the truck.

The vehicle was covered in snow and ice and was not ready for pickup. Overall I felt like the attendant had no idea I was arriving and I had little confidence in his ability to complete the paperwork for the rental.
