Simple and easy.
Steve DAlthough the drop offs can be convenient, checking yourself in, the app is complicated for me with all the picture taking and uploading.

Rhonda COnly thing I could think of is to have longer available business hours, but honestly the experience was so good that that’s not a dealbreaker.
Christopher FOriginally scheduled to pick up from the Stadium Drive office, where the 26' truck had a large bolt in the front tire. The district manager(?) came to look at it then found another 26' on West Main. He gave me a ride to the other office where I met Matt. He was great, and got me set up and out the door very quickly. I needed to extend a couple days and he handled everything without issue. I highly recommend U-Haul and either the Stadium or West Main location.
