I used the contactless check-out process but there were no pads nor dolly on the truck so I had to deal with two different locations and still didn't get the right dolly. The truck was fine, but I expected the pads and dolly to already be on the truck and they were not, as such, I had to come into contact with three people and still didn't get what I paid for.

The pickup spot was beyond terrible. My pickup time was 10 am. I didn't get out of there until almost 11am. I went in the building and a kid had to wake up an employee which took 15 minutes to get him to the desk. The truck was muddy and ended up getting on a lot of my furniture while loading. Not to mention the huge dent on the side of the truck that the pickup location was even aware and the cab of the truck was muddy as well. Overall a terrible experience.

They weren't open at pu time. Had to call and get uhaul to get them to come. Didn't know how to utilize computer so good.

Location was disgusting, food, dirty clothes, and dishes everywhere. Employee was asleep in the back when myself and several other customers were scheduled for pick up. Had to call uhaul main phone line to get local manager to come get it straightened out, took over an hour to get my trailer.

Entering the parking lot was a bit difficult. Having trucks not parked up against the building would have helped.

The online drop off was horrible. It kept exiting ne out of the system everytime I would try and submit the pictures. My prices went up. I literqlly was in the building almost half an hour waiting for someone to get the keys for my reservation and had to wait on someone to get back from getting lunch to even get my reserved Uhaul. Experience was horrible.

Your customer service is horrific. The phone service has waits from 20 min to an hour and I was hung up on three times. I called to change drop off locations and was told I would be charged up the three times the rate. Your phone app is pitiful and not intuitive. Overall extremely disappointing service response and support. I give U-Haul two thumbs down and a 0 rating

The inside of the truck was so dirty and filthy it had sticky stuff in the cup holders and smelled horrible. Had to clean it before getting on the road

My only complaint would be there was no instruction from the person checking me in, didn't review the mileage to confirm with me for accuracy. I actually had to refer to the information supplied to me through the email.

Not a UHaul location. Just a business where they have some UHaul equipment. Basically it looked to be a child care/teen hangout. Not a very professional staff. Would not recommend.

The location and staff were both nice. The trailer however, was another story. No marker lights, no surge brakes, and no emergency brake. The employee who hooked the trailer to my Jeep didn't tighten the coupler up all the way and it came off the ball on the interstate, so I learned the lack of safety equipment the hard way. So far, everyone at U-Haul has been very nice and accommodating with this situation. Accidents happen and I am fine with that. My disappointment is in the fact that U-Haul as a whole would have equipment that's not road-legal out for rental in the first place.

Lady stayed on her phone with her Mom on speaker. Equipment was dirty. Facilities are nasty. Very bad experience.

I was told I would be able to pick up my rental at 10AM. I waited for over an hour 11AM before anyone showed up to rent me the truck. Then I was rented a 15ft truck rather than the 10ft truck I had reserved, when A 10ft truck was available. The return dealer was much much better!

The personnel was excellent. The location had poir lighting. Need to be more visible.

Didn't have the pads I reserved. Another customer had taken all of their pads. The pads should have been held, hence being reserved. Really needs more training and to be more professionally organized. Truck was clean and available at our reserved time but it took 40 minutes to get the contract done and out of there.

I was charged for 11 gallons of gas. Drop a total of 60 miles.. Doesn't add up. My dragon card that's 1600hp and runs on 110 octane wouldn't cost me 41 to drive it 60 miles..

Had to wait 10 minutes for the girl to show up to check in my uhaul. The guy working at the place didn't know what to do so he called whoever was in charge to come in. She was nice about it but it's the point of what I went through picking it up and now dropping it off was a repeat!!

Susan was fine to work with and did an excellent job with check-in. I'm disappointed I was charged an after-hours fee for the truck, as I normally use a different location and have never been charged this fee before (I've rented a Uhaul at least 3, if not 4 times in the last couple years). I usually use the location on New Circle, but they did not have a pick up available for us. Additionally, while the truck was clean it smelled terribly like smoke. Again, not the location's fault. She did alert me that the truck had an odor. As a non-smoker, this was unpleasant and left my clothes smelling, as prolonged exposure tends to do. Given the cloth seats, the scent rubbed off. Again, disappointed I had to pay a charge when I've never had that issue in the past (what's the point of an after-hours drop box?)

There were kids screaming and running around everywhere on the inside. It took a lot longer to drop off my equipment than I expected. Personnel didn't really explain anything that they were doing. I couldn't leave quick enough.

The location for pickup and drop off was close and very convenient for me. Any “complaints” that I may have are not with the location, necessarily; they are more with the equipment itself. The key return slot on the drop box is not large enough to accommodate the truck key. Luckily, Urban Ninja was open at my return time so I could leave the key at the desk. What does one do if they return equipment after hours?
