There was two problem. First one of the chain for my towing car opened after 1 hour of drive. Second, which was very important the strip on my left wheel has been opened at the middle of way which was very dangerous.Mohammadamin D.

Until i loaded the U-Haul app, i had trouble on my Android with location services and taking required pictures thru my browser. This was due to Location and Camera services being shut down on my phone for security purposes. The chrome-driven experience did not indicate that it needed these services via popup - creating confusion. Once i loaded the app, when i got to the same point in the process, a popup would be presented allowing me to approve uhaul access to location and camera, and then i proceeded just fine. This idiosyncrasy caused me confusion and significant extra time when picking up my truck. Also, i rented a 10 foot truck and assumed that it had a loading ramp - which it did not. If that had been more prominently displayed online, I would have upgraded to the next size larger truck that included that.Michael H.

My pickup location was changed due to availability. When I got there, one must complete an online check-in to obtain the necessary information to open the lock box respective to the key for the vehicle I was renting. It took over 2 hours to complete the online check-in as at first the vehicle was not set up properly for 24 hour service and then the app was erroring out on my payment where my banking institution said there were no issues. This caused a severe delay in my move and added a shit ton of stress to an already stressful situation.Brandon R.

Better customer service. And an area where you can actually see whos processing your transaction. I was charged for the insurance that i did not want (was transferred to this location) and im still waiting for a refund. Id honestly recommend taking my business elsewhere from now on.Nicholas R.
The trailer was ordered on line. When the initial receipt arrived the location for drop off was incorrect. When making the reservation I stated the drop off would be in Versailles KY. The location on the statement listed Stanton KY. I immediately called the reservation center and changed the drop off to Versailles KY--approximately 1 miles from where I lived. When my friend who was the driver dropped of the trailer the drop was listed as somewhere in Indiana. The rating for reservation accuracy on 0 to 10 would be 0.joyce C.
