I got charged 2-3 extra months because uptown wouldn’t get back with me when I told them I was moving out of the storage unit.

Staff were clueless as to how it all worked, from modifying a reservation to actually filling out the contract, despite the “five years of service†plaque from U-Haul on the wall Biggest flag was that I had to go to a completely separate location to sign the contract, then return to the initial location to pick up the van, which was NOT communicated the first two times I called and spoke to them Overall an incredibly frustrating experience
