My experience with this storage facility is that the storage management have NO understanding about personal loss. JUST CONCERNED WITH COLLECTING MONEY. Even if you were never late, REAL QUICK TO PUT A LIEN ON STORAGE I WAS ONLY ONE MONTH IN THE REARS . I RECEIVED UNNECESSARY RUDENESS AND AGAIN CONCERNED ABOUT FEES AND MONEY. Flexing AUTHORITY UNNECESSARILY. RODENTS RATS 🐀 REAL BAD (pictures) when I opened the door. THEY WILL GIVE YOU RAT BAIT TO KILL THEM. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN

Don OppermanI was running behind in picking up the truck. I revived a call from the location just checking whether I was still coming. I advised that I was 10 minutes away. The young lady hung up. When I arrived, there was no one at the location. I knocked, no answer. Not knowing if I was in the right location or not, I called customer service. They attempted to reach someone but no answer. Eventually, I was given the lengthy process to check in online. Once I gained access to the truck, the dolly in which I requested was not in the truck.

VICTOR WEST | Overall ExperienceI was trying to contact Uhaul regarding an issue and had numerous problems getting to an agent. I finally gave up, as it was after 11pm. I hope I am not charged because of the issue.
Brandon SnethenProvide more accurate or current drop off details. In the text message provided the drop off location was 925 Elma G miles Pkwy in Hinesville ga. This location was neither a drop off location nor listed on the U-Haul website. This mistake nearly cost an extra fee for the truck and dolly, as it took nearly until the scheduled drop off time to speak to a customer service rep.

Steven Kent | Overall ExperienceStick with getting the rental truck and equipment to the preferred location requested instead of going out of my way to get it. I called the day before and found out my pick location was moved. Ok I called the morning of pickup and found out my location changed again because the person dropped it off at the wrong location selected. Understood, but would have gone to the 2nd location to find out I need to go to another location. I did not get a phone call stated this or a text about the change. I called to be told my pickup location changed.
Robert GriffithCommunicate with them on the process of picking up the U-Haul. We waited 2 hours trying to figure out how to get the keys and who to talk to. We went to a different location because the one we were at closed very early and did not help us. We were very furious and will probably not use U-Haul again.

Toni Booth-ComerThe complete opposite of the rental pickup. The customer service was atrocious. Called me with severe attitude right off the bat because I mistakenly dropped the rental at the ‘wrong’ location. Stated it was clearly marked when it wasn’t. Whoever called me, because they didn’t give their name just started accusing me and telling me to come back in to move it, needs to either be severely retrained in customer service or out right fired. No business being in his job. Should be in the back of an office with no contact to the normal world filing paper work.
