They charged me extra for gas which I did not use.

Annette N.First time using the after-hours uhaul.com/share drop off option, The only few issues I had were with the location services on my phone (personal issue, not uhaul issue) and then when I arrived, It wasn't totally clear where to leave the truck, as the "returns" area had a number of trucks already in the parking area. We ended up leaving the truck in the front of the UPS store, I hope that was ok! This may have been our issue as well since we ended up returning the truck a day early (Sunday instead of Monday).

Paul P.This store is not even open yet. Had to go into construction area to find someone. When the owner/manager did arrive, he was pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this location once it is actually open.
Jeff R.There was no location in NC! The space is under construction & the only way we knew it was U-haul is because we saw a truck. It was raining, getting dark & the pick up was pretty quick. Staff was friendly & professional.
Guilit N.There was A single truck in the parking lot of a closed restaurant. A man appeared after I tried looking around the truck for the key. I had called uhaul for this location and my call was directed to a call center on more than one occasion. My reservation included a dolly and furniture pads which were not provided. Once I was able to obtain a key the man assured me I would not be charged and that the dolly and furniture pads were removed from my reservation. I am still being charged for both and have to yet again call customer service.
