It's a drop off location, so no one is there. It just looks abandon from driving up. Wouldn't recommend going alone to this location.

This drop off is just a lot to park the uhaul equipment in. No fancy building or anything. The lady that checked us out was very nice and helpful.

On top of that the pads that I wanted with the rental were not available as the location was still not open upon our arrival. Please adjust reservations ahead of time if you know the equipment is not available so we can adjust our plans. I lost a lot of time as a result. I'm happy to discuss further at 336-210-1604.

I called to dispute a charge to my card more than two weeks after the rental, and she answered the phone, but told me to call back Monday and hung up in my face. I wouldn't recommend anyone to them even if their services were free. Absolutely unacceptable.

Rayshawn B.The truck had rotten fruit and cigarette butts under the Driver's seat. There was marijuana paraphernalia on the Passenger side dashboard (a packet with a vulgar image that some one forgot to remove). The dashboard alarmed that all four tires had low pressure and when I expressed my concern, I was told by the man at the rental place that “the sensors are broken and there's no other vehicle available going one-way and we aren't able to fix this†but I stopped at the gas station and put air in the tires, and the notification went away so there was no issue with the sensors. The vehicle had an extreme delay when accelerating but reversed perfectly fine. The man working here was very rude and when all of these issues were brought to his attention he stated “We have no other vehicles available to go one way. If the truck breaks down, just call the 1(800) number. That's what you bought insurance for.†I will never rent with uhaul again.
Ellen D.They didn't have a actual place of business they was doing transactions out of a trailer so I was standing in the rain. I asked for the uhaul for 24 hours they was rushing me to return the uhaul. One of the employees called me and was real rude because I told them that I needed more time. They wanted me to bring the uhaul back before the 24 hours and got mad when I told them I needed more time he hung up in my face. I would never rent from that location again it needs to be shut down and the they need better employees

John I.I was quoted 90 dallors for the dolly. After we got the dolly the charge ended up being 140 and said it was insurance that I put on it. I didn't know there was such a thing. Once we got the dolly to the location we found out the straps to tie it down had been cut. So we had to wait an hour and 39 mins before someone could come and fix it. I already talked with someone from uhaul about this and the branch manager was supposed to call me back no one ever did

Patrick P.The U-Haul app, Google Maps, Google, and iPhone Maps all listed different hours of operation for EVERY U-Haul location in Atlanta. We booked the reservation of the one that was open, we paid and we drove there. When we got there, there was nobody onsite. We called the numbers a few times and then finally a guy picked up. He said they were closed. The gates to the place were open. After talking to him, we explained that we are in an emergency, we have paid and we do not need assistance to hook up. We connected the trailer and texted him photos of the connection. #1 U-Haul needs to get its act together with information on the internet, it is not that hard to manage as I do it personally for our business. #2 if I can book and pay via the app/online, then there needs to be a credential that I click that shows that I know how to connect and not need assistance from the U-Haul employee. I once had a U-Haul woman in Tallahassee try to deny me renting a U-Haul trailer because she was too weak and small to connect a car trailer. This is not her fault, I connected the trailer and went about our business. Change your system to let me just do my thing as we are capable of doing so.
Andy B.What I prefilled online as far as the coverage was not what the contract reflected. I think this location added hidden fees, so please check before driving away. It's a few dollars but being that it's electronic contract that is emailed to you, I would recommend reading it before you drive off the lot so your not surprised when you get the bill.
noel F.This location explained to me that they do not work off of the U-Haul mobile app, which is upsetting. Reversed my charges from the mobile app and then charged me more $$ than the mobile app charged me. This is bad business when customers are using the U-Haul app to make their experience more efficient and easier.
Robert B.Alerting customers to absent reserved vehicles. Thursday October 20,2021 wasn't a great experience. Arrived a my first location only to be told the vehicle I requested didn't return. While sighting 4 additional vehicles matching my reservation. Made a second one arrived at the location. Proceeded to check out via mobile. Charged for transactions. Then told I wasn't able to get it because location doesn't do mobile pick up. Charged a second time. Finish with the vehicle return it for a charge of $50 and some change to be charged. Then to be charged again the following day for $71. This is very confusing and time consuming.
