Had to drop my keys in a drop box forgot to fill my vehicle up. Immediately called to try and fix this but was not allowed to so got charged $65 extra for fuel. Building is small and hard to find.

Their internet was down and could not give me a single piece of paper saying I had dropped it off on time.

I was over charged for a utility dolly that I never used. I called the lady the next day and she admitted she forgot to zip tie it , and I was still charged. Also a clean up fee which my kids and I cleaned the truck. Worst experience by far. 131.00 for a 6 hour move I couldn't even complete. I hope this can be fixed. I feel like I was scammed.

Although the location (Unloading Services) exceeded our expectations, Uhaul customer care/service was way below par. We reserved for a 7am pickup and at 6am when I tried to use the website for early check in I was denied due to the facility being closed until 8am. I then spoke (via 24 hour chat) and was told to contact a regional rental manager. However, they werent available until 7am so it defeated the purpose. I dont think you should give the option to check in ahead of time if that's not actually a possibility. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with delays for the truck.
