Include unlimited mileage. We rent @ &19.95, there is an automatic add’l $10 for Ins, which is not needed as my ins Full coverage insures any car I drive! Add the gas & ur other charges. In the end our bill is almost $45 ($44.89). That’s too much.

Had to drop my keys in a drop box forgot to fill my vehicle up. Immediately called to try and fix this but was not allowed to so got charged $65 extra for fuel. Building is small and hard to find.

Their internet was down and could not give me a single piece of paper saying I had dropped it off on time.

I was over charged for a utility dolly that I never used. I called the lady the next day and she admitted she forgot to zip tie it , and I was still charged. Also a clean up fee which my kids and I cleaned the truck. Worst experience by far. 131.00 for a 6 hour move I couldn't even complete. I hope this can be fixed. I feel like I was scammed.

Although the location (Unloading Services) exceeded our expectations, Uhaul customer care/service was way below par. We reserved for a 7am pickup and at 6am when I tried to use the website for early check in I was denied due to the facility being closed until 8am. I then spoke (via 24 hour chat) and was told to contact a regional rental manager. However, they werent available until 7am so it defeated the purpose. I dont think you should give the option to check in ahead of time if that's not actually a possibility. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with delays for the truck.

A little better signage or directions indicating not to pull a truck / trailer up to the front door since there is no turn around. The yard is actually around back which is a little hard to see from the road.

The woman didn't know what she was doing. I was overcharged for the auto transport. I received a confirmation of $79 and I was charged $138.

It took us one hour and 20 minutes. Problem with ap and getting approval. I would have given up and walked away but my son was very patient and stuck with it. I will never go to an unattended site again. Help line had 2 nice people but they also had trouble and couldn’t do it for me.

Staff was very helpful and efficient during the pick up and drop off. The guys hooked up the trailer I wasn't there probably for more than 10 minutes so the online check-in made a big difference. Good team. Haven't always had that experience with UHAUL so this was awesome.

Was instructed to take the trailer to Crestline hotel and storage. Apparently was the wrong location. I was involved in an accident in Kansas City. Took an hour and a half to find the trailer. The "manager" in Kansas City was a complete ass. Telling me I cost him $1300 to have "his" trailer towed. Your people in Arizona were great in assisting me with help to get the trailer unloaded and reloaded. Put me up for the night - although they sent me to the wrong hotel at first, and with getting the manager in K.C. to get off my back. That guy should have his store taken away. You also need a phone# on the paperwork for roadside assistance - not a web address.

Hi, The instructions we received on how to unlock the word lock to receive the Uhaul key were incorrect and the contact phone number we were given didn't answer or call back for 30 minutes so it was not a pleasant experience.
