Donna RodgersI felt like I was bothering them when I dropped off the trailer. No customer service. They didn't ask me anything about the trailer or its performance? I volunteered that it worked great and that I had no problems. It was definently a self service drop off. Quick and easy.

When we went to pick up our truck the person who was helping us didn’t explain to us that we had to fill up the tank before and after using the truck. And when we picked up the truck it wasn’t at a half a tank we had to put gas in it as soon as we picked it up we’ve never dealt with a U-Haul place where we had to fill up that tank as soon as we got it. Also the person who was helping us seemed as if they had an attitude the whole time, we will not be back at this location again.

Lost order.. had to get a new one after I waited 63 min to talk to someone.... place was supposed to be open so I would have no hassles.... it wasnt.... the pad lock was difficult to get into without calling for help... the dolly that I ordered was not included.... two different people that I spoke with told me they would take it off... at drop off I was charged an extra 30 dollars with no explanation and no return calls...

MARY TOLLISONPeople renting the trucks should take a snapshot of fuel gage as soon as they get in the truck and share it with the dealer and do the same when they return the truck to avoid any confusion. I did not have a problem but every person should do this anyway.

Tonya SawyerConsider the cost effectiveness from the customer perspective and point of view, and allow more flexibility with one-way drop off location options of trailers; there are extenuating circumstances that populate during the rental processes that is out of the customer control that may not be conducive to a "return" to same location once the rental is in motion. Common knowledge approach should also be an option to better assist the customer cost.

Rick EisingerFirst of all I reserved a truck at a UHaul location that was 4 miles from the store where I was picking up furniture. I had over an hour drive to get there from where I live. On my way there UHaul called me and told me that they had rented my truck out the day before and they didn't have another truck the size I needed. I had to drive an hour out of my way to pick up a truck. The UHaul I did pick up was nasty and so was the store I got it from. I paid extra for a dolly and the dolly was not on the truck. The whole experience sucked!

JAMES SISKVery Nasty Lady talking about prior customer, was pushed from 10 am to 430 pm. She was so busy taking pictures of the white poodle I was not even present. She gave me the wrong contract, saying i must return on 3/4 tank. Realized I had wrong contact. Took pictures of gas and mileage before moving the rental. Went only 67 miles had to put $45.00 gas in. Gentleman at check on took the wrong contract from me and threw it away. Produced receipt for 45 dollars in gas. Before milage photos were requested and ending mileage photo requested . I produced them he said call Uhaul main office. Thanks for poor service. I have photos to prove and you have been reported. The lady even called the prior customer a "B".

Jackie SennUHaul screwed me at the original P/U location in Spartanburg, SC. Even confirming the equipment was available and after waiting in line for 40min I was told at the original location they do not have the equipment I reserved, confirmed, and expressed paid. Then in stead of fixing the issue or help me with their screw up, I would have to call 1-800-Uhaul to find a location. After doing the work for UHaul, Ben at Unlimited Electronics in Union, SC helped me out tremendously. Great work at the store, poor service by UHaul overall. Long wait, long wait on customer service call, transferred to the wrong region and having to call three different numbers to fix the issue. Call Unlimited Electronics in Union, SC and they will help you out.
