Worst pickup experience I have had with Uhaul. Cell phone service was not great, could not get my picture submitted to the App. Had to call customer service who recommended using Safari. Overall, the Pickup took 45 minutes. this is unacceptable, Better planning needs to be done by Uhaul where they have their mobile pickup location. Between moving my pickup location and the trouble I had with the App took an hour and forty-five minutes of my time. I feel I should be compensated for this. Being charged a dollar a mile for the overage of 50 miles made this experience with Uhaul with a sour taste in my mouth.

He is very customer focused! Truck was ready to go and ran great. Knew exactly what to expect! Will use UHaul again if I move.
Kimberly KellerI did a reservation online and chose a different pick up location then the one listed above., the day I went to pick up the uhaul at the location I made the reservation at the trailer was not there. The agent was very nice and contacted the call center they located the trailer at Carolina hydrolics (5 min away) I drove there and that location was closed. I then called the call center myself and that agent was very nice and helpful she located the trailer at the location above. I went there and the nicest customer service rep hooked up the trailer and completed the paper work. I was very happy with the agent at University office. I had no issues at all on the trip the trailer was great.

JOEL GEORGEMake it possible that a drop off location information is in the computer so they can know the renter is drop off . I returned a day earlier and I called in and that was nothing in the system . And for 2 days the truck was there but he couldn’t contact anyone by phone after several trys .
virginia myersI’ve never had a problem with the people working here. They are very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The only problem has been the a/c on the last two trucks. They were not working up to par. Now I know this isn’t this location’s fault for they rely on corporation to fix this, and that the trucks do come in from all over the country.

He was able to re-arrange things to accommodate me, and took care of my other reservation. I was very impressed with the courtesy, professionalism, and helpfulness of this man. I highly recommend this location!

Curtis Reedno drop off key box, no one answered multiple calls to the one number on sign. call UHALL 800 several times finally got through to person who had a number to contact the U Haul contact in Lancaster to find out where to leave the key took over 1 hour to work the problem out. Agnes WeisigrWhen it was picked up they charged me for insurance when I had already paid the bill. They did not ask if we wanted the insurance but charged me for it. He should never have charged it without prior approval.

JENNIFER HORNEUpon request to return rental truck, representative was dismissive and took phone call (personal?) while I was trying to speak to him. He also continued to ignore my request to ensure all things were squared away with the return rental. He also continued to call me “bud” repeatedly which I found to be demeaning. I was very disappointed in the service this representative provided.

JUDYWREN FORDHow about providing the paying customer with a decent U-Haul truck. During the rainstorm on 11/21 in Lancaster SC several of our belongings were ruined due to sitting in water on the truck including a family heirloom piano and 2 mattress sets No truck should be in service if it is not structurally sound prior to rental. No compensation was offered and my money for the rental was taken. It will be the last time we rent through this company and we will be sure to pass the message onto our friends.

John FairtraceI think that it is ridiculous to be charged almost $60 for less that 8 hours of use for a trailer.There should be a deposit made and if you bring it back less than 8-10 good.You will be refunded your deposit. You can atleast get some of your funds back.If not you’ll be charged for the full day.
