I don't think it was this location's fault, but I tried to rent from a closer location to where I am moving from. There was no truck at the closer place and I had to go to this location to rent from. It took me nearly an hour to get a truck to rent, and was very frustrating and inconvenient. The operators at both locations were very apologetic and helpful.
