Antonio FI had a bad experience for my first ever rental a u haul. I paid my hold fee which was a $100 and when I returned everything on time nice and clean I haven’t yet received my refund . I contacted the office and the man state they are behind the reason why I haven’t received my refund. And that is unfortunately unprofessional I had nothing to do with them behind. But I have to pay for it no the first and last time I can’t and will not use there service again.
