This location is garbage. They do not have a working phone line to call for directions. And they are not at the address given. They changed locations. This made my move incredibly stressful. I was also accused of never returning my equipment. The representative refused to come outside and check the truck and trailer with me and 20 days later called to say I never returned the trailer.

The man behind the counter was nice enough but the tow dolly he gave me to use was not well maintained. I found out later on that the left light was not functional and one of the safety chains were twisted so bad that I couldn’t use it to secure my car. While I understand that some things can be overlooked, I think it’s important that equipment is always inspected before lending to a customer. It seemed like he wasn’t expecting any U-Haul customers that day which doesn’t help either.

The person renting me the truck didn’t seem to know what he was doing. There were no supplies (pads, dollies etc) that I would have used. The agent informed me that there was a crack in the windshield. It turns out that the crack was in the middle and was the full Length of the windshield. It made me feel very unsafe. The agent did not inspect the truck with me. He runs a vape shop and customers came in so he just handed me the keys and the contract. He told me I would also get an email confirmation which never came. I originally tried to rent the truck on Rte. 57 in Liverpool, NY. I had to go to Fulton, NY a half hour away from where I tried to rent from. This was a major inconvience as I had people waiting to help me move and added unnecessary miles to my rental.

When I get the U-Haul at 125 5 S. 1st St.Fulton, NY 13069 very polite and understanding and very respectful people Would I go through them again yes I would the truck was very clean Thank you

They threatened to report the truck lost or stolen just because I extended my rental 24hrs at a time. It is hard to estimate how much stuff you actually have to move and how much help you can get. Next time I need to move something I am going with budget!

other than the wait time for the worker waiting on his store customers before me when I arrived first. It was okay. Every time a customer came into the store he had to wait on them so he could lock his store up and then wait on me. The same thing happened when I returned the unit.

I scheduled the Uhaul truck on Wednesday 8/1/18 around 4:30pm to pick it up Friday 8/3/18 about the same time. I went in Thursday 8/2/18 to give my card information and everything was all set. I picked it up Friday at 4pm and the guy told me that I had to have it back by 10am the following day Saturday 8/4/18 which is not the full 24hrs. He said it was because "it was reserved late". Instead of complaining I had it back by that time but was offered no discount or anything for the inconvenience . I also took pictures of the mileage and fuel before and after. I noticed on my bill receipt the mileage is incorrect and I was charged for fuel even though I filled it to where it was when I picked it up. Needless to say my bill was over $80 and I feel that's a bit excessive for the few hours I had it and with what I feel are added charges. Thoughts? Thanks!

I was forced to this location because my preferred truck size was supposedly not available at my preferredlocation on Thompson in Syracuse. I had to drive 30 miles out of my way. I wound up with a larger truck and about one more hour of driving . Not too happy about this. I think UHaul should move the truck for the customer or at least provide an incentive.

When we went to drop off the truck, the guy there didn’t know how to take care of removing the dolly charge so he told us we would have to wait for the owner to come back - could be two hours - who knows. So we left our phone number and once again NO ONE called us. My husband and I will never rent from uhaul again. We will go back to budget and pay a little more.

Don't use them. I was told they take care of their stores customers first then Uhaul cones second. We waited over an hour and a half to even receive a 6 by 12 trailer. Not only that but they didn't even have the U-Hauls on site they have them at a different location. When we were turned the trailer we were asked to park the trailer on a hill that would then slam into the back of our car once we unhooked it. I have worked with Uhaul a lot it many different states but this particular location I do not recommend.
