We booked online for this location with counter pick up but it was mobile only location and the truck wasn't checked in by the previous user so i had to call the help desk. I got put on hold, bounced around and disconnected multiple times. finally got ahold of Winnie who helped me out and went out of her way to fix everything. We were there over an hour before getting our truck which was very frustrating but thank goodness for Winnie. I'm sure if it wasn't her we got on our last call that we wouldn't have gotten our truck at all. Thank you Winnie!Michelle B.

The whole process of renting is a total pain. It would be best to talk to an actual human. It's not the stores fault. They are good people. The fault resides with the web process. Took way to long and I ended up calling the help desk as my phone timed out. The person I spoke with was great. Again the web process was horrible.Raymond K.
I had recieved a credit due to an issue with the first van rented. nothing was done by the rep who called me about the credit and I had to call the location. called and no answer, left message to call me back BEFORE charging me and recieved no call back. now I have been charged the full amountDANIELROBERT C.
I would recommend modifying your 24/7 share website. I found it confusing to navigate. I arrived to pickup the vehicle at 8am and found that I could not upload my photos and information. Tried calling U-haul for assistance and it was a 1 hour wait. Luckily, the manager at the Building supply location was able to assist me. He was able to contact the U-haul manager to give us the code for the keybox. All tolled, it was a 2 hour process. Apparently, I was not the only customer to encounter this issue. That being said, I have used U-haul in the past and would recommend the company to friends and family.ANTHONYJAMES G.
App needs to alert if the pickup slot was missed, tried to pick up van after the pickup time and no warning on app to tell me it was too late to pick up the van, very frustrating, had to rebook after trying to pickup van for 45mins. customer care not helpful no response and the agent refused to phone an disconnected from, chatJames H.
I got found the car without a problem, when I was there I tried using the app to go through the process of getting the keys, I was supposed to take a few pictures but the app wouldn't work, I would take a picture of my face but it would never take me to the next step. I called u haul and they never picked up so I used the message icon on the app to contact an agent, the agent told me to use my internet browser, then I was able to go through the process without a problem, except there are a lot of tasks. Next time just have a message on the bottom of the prompt telling people to use their browser if they have problems instead of having to call or write and wait until someone gets back to you. Also, find a way to make the process shorter, even if I had just used the browser it took a long time to do and for the final agent to approve me as well.Leonardo C.
The whole entire process of picking up the truck was terrible. No one could answer any questions for me. I had to call the help desk twice waiting over 30 minutes both times because the first girl to answer the phone disregarded all the questions I asked. Overall will never use U-Haul again or recommend to anyone else.Rachel B.
