Gentleman said I didn’t have to tighten the screw on the top where it goes on ball. Guess what hit a bump and trailer came off. Thank God for the chains. Nothing damaged. U do tighten it down. Other than that it was great.

Thomas CTruck was very rough driving and running. Back end of truck was dirty upon rental pick up. Upon picking up truck, truck was already below a quarter of a tank of fuel and I drove just over 4-miles total, gas gauge did not move but was charged $47.10 for fuel service and fuel. I have rented several times from uhaul and never had any issue, but will not rent a truck from this location again.

Bonifacio MI hate to even be writing this review. This was the first time I had been to this location. The equipment was not well maintained at all. I did not have to go far, so I did not complain. But then I was charged for 6 gallons of gas, and I only used this truck to go a total of 9 miles. I rent from Uhaul often, but normally use the same location, and was very frustrated at this. I just felt like this was very excessive, and did not give me a good first impression.
jessi cYou changed my pickup location and did not notify me. I learned of the new pick up location when I went to my requested pickup location (301 Carbon City Rd Morganton NC) This was a waste of time and gas for me to go across town. Although the truck operated satisfactorily, the driver side door had to be slammed to close it.
Saxon SSame thing. Took after hours. Was supposed to drop off at a gas station like the app instructed. Cashier stated they stopped the end of last year and unsure why it’s an option and it was the third time it happened that day. So had to call. And drive around to find a place. Once got to the place, terrible service. Called 4 times. 2 times was disconnected during transfer. Ended up dropping the keys off at a close uhaul facility based on cashiers feedback since uhaul couldn’t help. And we let them figure it out in the morning. Another 2 hours of our time trying to get the app to work. And support. It was horrendous.

An I would of noticed this kinda of damage, it’s not bad just a scratch, but I honestly believe that this was caused in their yard after I dropped it off an they are they are trying to get it fixed on my dime. Other than this everything was smooth an easy to do. There’s only one person who was very rude. Don’t know his name all I know is when you walk in the office his desk is all the to the right up against the far right wall. The other man I dealt with was very nice an cordial. This place is easy to deal with an I would recommend it just take pics of the vehicle rent before you leave. This was my mistake. Other than that this is a good place to rent from.
Robert HI would say make the mileage rate a little bit cheaper $.79 a mile is quite a lot, especially when gas is so expensive at the moment. That’s my opinion. Thanks! Luke

Alexis TWe did not realize this location was only open until noon. We got there at 2ish to drop off and no one was there to help get trailer off hitch. This one did not have a crank to move it up and down so me and my boyfriend had to lift it off our self. And took forever. We had given up at one point and didn’t kno what to do. Thankfully I had a small car Jack in my car and was able to get it off. We were really disappointed there was no help nor any drop off info given at pick up.

SHEILA L2 blown tires requiring roadside assistance; passenger rear blew first 15 miles fro our starting point and was shredded; this added 2 hours to our trip; tire guy said the tires were overinflated and he checked and corrected them all; then the front driver's side blew on the highway miles between exits and we waited forever for roadside assistance on a shoulder in a somewhat dangerous spot.; added 4 hours to the trip; an 11 hour and fifteen minute trip took 19 hours and was totally unpleasant

RICHARD RNo because I was charged twice and still can't get an answer from either the location where I rented the truck or the online U-Haul website I've tried calling and nobody can give me an answer but the truck was well clean and very well maintenance
TODD LThe male at the front was very rude. Would barely let me speak. Did not make me feel welcome. When I went to go back inside to ask for a confirmation of drop off, he met me at the door. I didn’t even step foot inside. He cracked the door and handed me the confirmation through the crack of the door, said here you go and shut the door on me. 10/10 do not recommend this guy or drop off location unless you want a bad experience.

Joseph MFor the mobile pickup option, the verification process needs to take place *before* you come to pick up the vehicle. Process was slow and aggravating on cell service and waiting for agent to verify was ridiculous slow. That whole process took over 30 min and that sucks esp when you're standing in a hot parking lot!

Mark DLocation was an hour out of my way, I reserved at my location 3 weeks in advance, just to have to drive an hour to get the truck and an hour back to my apartment to move. Plus spent over an hour trying to pick up the truck and uhaul app was not working correctly. Spent 35 minutes on the phone trying to get help. Finally got in my truck at 9am and was supposed to be in the truck at 7am. Highly do not recommend 24-7 truck share
