The total I was given with taxes and accessories (the dolly) was $191.43 given to me by (2) reps; (military discount) this location was freezing with 0 internet connection took over 30 minutes to try and get a contract. A vehicle inspection couldn’t occur because the link was a dead link. They could not give me a definitive drop off location. Everything was unorganized and when the gentlewoman helping me called another location (stratford) for assistance on my incorrect charge she was outright rude. Not to mentioned when I arrived to my storage unit the dolly was NOT in the truck making the experience that much worse.

Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had. Location had no ordered equipment available and I was still charged because technician “couldn’t cancel equipment charges”. I had to call location manager multiple times to get it reversed. The location is dirty with computer which freezes. Never ever coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

No one was there when I arrived. Several phone calls and 45 mins later, a man showed up with no apology. All of my personal information was entered into his cell phone on an app in a parking lot instead of at a computer in an office... made me feel very uncomfortable that I was giving this gentleman my information and it didn’t seem secure. Disappointed in U-Haul for assigning my pickup location in an unsafe part of town when I had requested a different one. This didn’t look like an authorized U-Haul dealer.

Be more on top of things, get better computer system. The guy who helped us at the Union ave location was friendly. However, my experience was wrecked by the rude customer service people on the reservation line!!!!!!!!! I’ve used U-Haul in the past quiet often & I have to tell you, I am not impressed with the service I received.

Van returned late from previous rental. Attendant took my liscence across the street (to get better WiFi reception ) to complete transaction all on what looks like his personal cell phone. If I didn’t have trust in your brand I would have walked away without renting. Who vets these locations

Make sure that the Boston Post Rd location is better equipped to fulfill reservations requested in advance of date needed and not send us on a 30 mile round trip to a fairly run down unsafe neighborhood. Boston Post Rd should be aware of the local college end of school and graduation dates so there is no need to send multiple customers on an extra round trip.

I have recently dealt with now 3 different uhaul sites. The clerk here was the friendliest and most efficient of all. She was helpful and friendly while getting the job done in a quick manner. I would definitely recommend this location out of all others in the area.

It was a poorly paced lot in a bad part of town. I called to make sure it was the right place and the woman answering said yes. I asked if I could drop off at a full service U-haul and she said she was out of the office so no. I also wound up not using the last 6 blankets and asked for a refund. She was ambiguous saying she’ll see what she can do. Either you can or can’t, in my opinion. There are a lot of U-hauls around here. No idea why that would even be a drop off location. Add to the fact I had to pull the trailer off my vehicle alone.

Pick up location changed on us then no one was there or at least appeared not to be called main office said we were in wrong place NOT so they called them a lady finally appeared who was very nice and helpful. Drop off wrong place had to go to another place in Warren. Hole experience of picking up and dropping off a 2 rating.

I found everything easy and simple through out the transaction . Even when I wanted to make a complete adjustment she was on point and didn’t have no stress. If I was in ct still and knew anyone who wanted to rent I will definitely send them there to that location . I enjoy the expirence.

I was notified of my pick-up location through email AFTER I picked up the truck and wasted money and time because of the lack of communication. I was NOT notified of any changes/updates prior to pickup for pickup location and therefore headed to my preferred location at 3029 Fairfield Ave, Bridgeport CT 06605. Once I got to this location I was told that my reserved truck was elsewhere. I had taken an Uber to get to the first preferred location and had to take another Uber to get to the actual location where the reserved truck was parked. Waste of my time and money. After I had picked up the truck around 12pm... (original pickup time was supposed to be 10:30am) I received an email at 12:42pm telling me that the pick-up location of my truck was at 800 Union Ave. I'm not sure if this location is the responsible party for this error, however, I am definitely NOT a satisfied customer.

I initially attempted to sign in using the uhaul app. The amount of technical errors I experienced were staggering. The employees at this location were absolutely accommodating and helpful during these issues. Even after a half hour of technical issues, the u haul team remained attentive. Ultimately, the app failed completely. However, my experience was very positive thanks to the efforts of the employees. I ended up manually signing out my truck. The u haul team on Union Ave have my full recommendation.

Keep the pick up schedule and do not change the initial reservation time and rate and then surprise the customer with a text message of the new pick up time and the higher rate up front.

I had an excellent experience with this UHaul location. The truck cab and box were immaculate, and all my extra rental add-ons were ready to go when I arrived. The process was really quick and painless, and the truck was great to drive. I will rent from this location again if I ever find myself in need of a moving truck!

The address of the drop off was confusing. There was a lot across the street from the actual address with a few UHaul trucks parked there. Luckily there was a piece of paper with a phone number on it which I called. A woman there told me to leave the trailer in lot across the street from where I was. It would be good to see a person there.

I made the reservation for a specific time and confirmed it. I show up at that day and time, and no one is there. I mean, no one. Not even to let me in. I stand there, for 20 minutes on the sidewalk, waiting. I keep calling the numbers posted on the door. 2 minutes, the woman says. I guess this location rents a small office space in an office-share building and the guy who runs it runs a bunch of other businesses. I will never go back. Also, he apologized for running late, then told me he would ask UHAUL for a credit for me. He also offered to split the $11 insurance with me 50/50 even though I declined it.
