Terrible customer service. Ordered online but could not release the equipment until they tried something on their computer. Waste of time. The office was dirty like a rat nest. Dishonest people, charging for more. Never ever going again to rent another truck with them or in that location. They did not even have a drop-box where to put the keys after returning the truck. Please check that location, is not good at all.LUIS M.

1. Having someone available to check the vehicle before they go out. We were given a faulty vehicle (one headlamp was burnt out and the other had faulty wiring) and the battery died. 2. Better customer service. When the incident was reported to them, they were cold and heartless 3. Where the vehicles were parked was dirty, and dilapidated.Mike C.

The Uhaul rep was great, very helpful on the many times I called to find location - there is no sign that says Underground Computers...a different business name. I was looking for that and not the lower placed Uhaul sign on Parliament. He was very accommodating and patient! I just couldn't discern the driveway/place to park.Laina A.
The place was a complete mess, lousy customer service; the truck was almost empty with gas; it was difficult to maneuver the truck; when coming to drop off the truck, there was no space to park, and a neighbour was stressed with the situation and didn't allow me to park; I do not recommend U-haul services.Bruno Cezar P.

The pick up office was disgusting and felt like you were in the basement of a 45 year old man who still lives with his mom. The man in charge was not there when we arrived. It took a while for him to show up and we were late for our elevator reservation. The experience almost makes me laugh because of how utterly horrible it was Ethan W.

There was no parking spot available at this location (it was already full with other U-Haul trucks) so I had to park it at the street next to it (a worker was present at the time of my arrival and told me exactly where to park which was helpful). Also, there was no key box to drop the key in at this location! The place was closed by the time I parked the truck and finished the mobile process for returning the truck. So I looked for the key box for about 20 min, then called customer support, was put on hold 3 times and talked to three different workers on the phone. Finally the person on the phone suggest I leave the key under the seat of the truck since no one could figure out where the key box was. This whole process took abt an hour and it was pretty exhausting since we just moved to a new city. Wasn't a fun way to end the night. Also, I rented a dolly but it wasn't provided. This made moving a lot more difficult than anticipated. Hope to get a refund.Alexander W.
I had a terrible experience. First off the U-Haul location did not open until 1.5 hours after my reservation start time which resulted in significant negative impact in my ability to execute my moving plan. It required significant modification into my plan, and could have easily been detrimental in my ability to execute my moving plan. U-Haul prides itself on customer service, however today the staff was forgetful and unprepared. I expect more from your company especially given how much customers need to rely on your services. After my terrible experience today, I should be honoured a full refund, and at minimum the $50 for not having a moving trunk available for me!!!michael C.

We were overcharged. The receipt says we returned the vehicle at 48064, but we returned it at 48034. Therefore we were charged 26 miles over, when we did not go over at all. The vehicle was taken out at 47077mi. Returned at 48034. Receipt states 48064. I took pictures to prove this.Josie M.

I had to wait for the truck keys to come from another location. The truck we got did not have a license plate. There was a temporary plate on the truck at one-time, but it was peeling off. Luckily, I did not get stopped or into an accident. They were apologetic once it was shown to them.Bob L.

I requested a dolly through the website and when I got there the guy said they didn't have a dolly and he charged me for it anyway.Guilherme T.
Online rate was 0.89/km, I was charged 1.43/km with no explanation. The estimate was 21km, but I ended up only travelling 11, but was charged the full 21km already. I booked a 24/7 reservation, but was assigned a location that does not do self pick up. Nobody called me to confirm. If I didn't call the store the day off I would've never figured out. I had to change my plans last minute to make it before the store closes. The truck has low tire pressure light but I was told to ignore it. The car also smell of rotten food that cannot be aired out. Poorly kept vehicle, I can understand wear and tear but the smell was absolutely atrocious. Absolutely horrible experience.Chun Wai Willie W.
