Truck was no cleAn, gas and miles that was reported to me was not correct when I got into truck. Got changed for 96 miles when I only did 18 miles. Good thing I took pictures when I got truck and return truck.Sameka P.

Original reservation was to pick up at Thompson Road; however, truck wasn't available when I went to pick up. No notification sent to my phone or email. This location was a small beauty store so picking up took longer than usual (20 minutes) and at drop off I was mistakenly charged for fuel. Still haven't seen the credit to my account.John R.
When we turned the air conditioner on, cigarette smoke came through. The truck was clean and the service was good!CHERYL G.
The store opened late, the employees had no idea how rentals worked (e.g. no help sorting out insurance options for the equipment), had no clue how to work the equipment (I had to wait for THREE different people to try and help me hitch the auto transport on the truck,l; I was there for almost two hours and ended up just calling a friend to help me and then driving to the Teall Av. uhaul location to have them double check the setup. The pickup location did not provide a furniture dolly I had reserved and also did not help me fix a light on the auto transport that was not working. Overall terrible experience picking up the equipment.Alejandra Z.
Make sure that the manager is on site to provide proper paperwork, enter correct times and gas etc. A customer should nit have to wait for an hour for a scheduled pickup because the person who handles the Uhaul was a home. His name was Wad. He was very unprofessional as well! It is not professional to conduct business over FaceTime!!!! There were too many issues to name but was noted on my acct., including Wad did not provide compensation and in-turn overcharged me!!!!! I would never recommend this locatio. Worst experience with Uhaul! The only good thing was the employee Sam, she did the best she could with the limited tools she had available.Anika F.

Junk in the back of the U-Haul before I Picked it up. I lost about a half an hours worth of daylight over a half an hour What is the daylight. They took the truck down to the stuff in the dumpster. I thinkThey Should have thrown the stuff in the street just let me to take the truck Street just threw it on the ground let me take the truckEdward U.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.they added a fuel surcharge of $30 when I brought it back with more that I originally left with.the gentleman was rude and told me to call customer service as he wasn't refunding me the fuel surcharge even though I took pictures of the starting milage and fuel and the ending gas level and milage.I would recommend no one to go or rent there.beware of the extra charges.John F.
Didn't know how to check me out (over an hour), Didn't know how to hook up the trailer or where it was even located, Didn't have the correct trailer size requested, had to use too large of a trailer for the job which made it take even longerJeremy S.
