I needed to drop off the trailer at a closer location to my destination and your 800 number employee was most helpful to achieve that end.
SANTO S.Truck had a leak in the cargo area our customers furniture got extremely wet. I picked up the truck with less than a quarter. Brought it back with the same and was still charged the fuel charges. This is the last time I will use uhual.
David H.I gotta be honest the Kingston store was so horrible I thought I'd never rent another uhaul again but the good folks in saugerties Beverley and her son were absolutely amazing and helpful and kind which is why I ended up renting that van so long and still plan on renting it thank you very much as far as Kingston that's the most horrible rotten place I've ever dealt with and they should be ashamed of them selfs
ROYJOEL D.The only issue I had was turning left coming out of U Haul onto King's Highway to go back to Rte. 212- it's not the fault of U Haul at all, but vehicles from the left were driving like bats out of *#%, so one has to be extra vigilant trying to get over in the far lane.

Then I received a phone call telling me the truck I reserved is out and they will forward my reservation to the branch at Saugerties, NY which is another 7 miles away. I don't have much of a choice here so I agreed and they told me they are going to give me a discount. Where is my $50 dollars discount????

Raymond S.Fix the Key pad ... would speed things up. the owner seemed to be having problems with the key pad and It would not respond when asked prompted to use the electronic pen to indicate acceptance of credit card details.. the machine failed 3 times and the process had to be manually up loaded..

Kiersten D.This facility is located in a "rural" area. It is not gated, so access is 24-hour. The office is open during "normal business hours." We stored here for 17 years with zero security problems. We did have some dust inside the unit, which was not unexpected, so cover dust-sensitive items. We NEVER had any water damage or other types of problems. The folks here are extremely helpful and will do everything they can to help renters.

JAMES H.The rep at pick up location didn't inform us change Of drop off location and also misinformed us of the hours the truck must be returned. She said as long as we returned by noon on the day of return, we wouldn't be charged for the additional day but we were charged for an additional day for two hours over the deadline. Will appreciate a refund. If the location was changed, and if the rep didn't misinform us, we would have returned the truck by the deadline.
