There were 3 kids running this location, maybe 19 at the oldest and none of them seemed to know answers to any questions. My wife said it reminded her of the 3 stooges. Left us very uneasy with the a trailer that we were driving from Seattle to Florida. I asked them to help adjust the mirror and they left it loose so that it moved in the wind the entire drive. It was very dangerous and scary at times. They did not know how to strap a car with large wheels on the vehicle and had no back up plan or suggestions for what Or where I could buy an extension. There was an extreme lack of professionalism and I didn’t feel well informed at all. There was also no room for parking or loading the trailer at this location. The entire process took well over an hour, putting us far behind scheduled.

My tablet was stolen from this location. after going in and speaking with a staff member and even reviewing most of the cameras in the store you can clearly see that the tablet was in my husband's pocket. There was no time for us to do anything with the tablet after walking out of the doors.

I wasn't warned that I had to replace the gas I used. When I checked in it said 3/4 tank and the needle was very slightly lower. When I returned it the needle was in the same place after only driving 8 miles. I was charged by the manager. As a compromise he only charged me $4 but I don't think I deserved any king of charge.

The service was excellent and therefore took a lot of stress out of the drop off and unloading of our goods.

The staff were helpful but over worked. Long line for returning a vehicle. Tried to book and return a truck using your online system, as we do for so many other things, but it only partially worked. (On the return, it let me report the odometer reading and let me take a photo of the fuel and mileage reading on my phone—then abruptly quit.)

Jenny is the best. There was one incident with an employee being rude, and she took care of everything. It wasn't her fault but she took care of everything, and was kind. Give her a raise. Seriously.

My U-box was delivered to my home. I was told the day before delivery that the driver would call me 30 minutes prior to arriving but she never did. That was a little frustrating but she did apologize.

Had the storage unit for several years, there were a few issues with payments they did not receive. Once it was sent to collections and I had no idea until I received a letter. They need more staff.
